Don't recommend brunette woman working the counter is always confused beyond all recognition on what you want to mail. Doesn't have any clue what she's doing. Should get a new job or retire

I have a letter marked return to sender because the addressee doesn't live at my address, the mail carrier put my mail in the wrong box and didn't take the marked letter.

This post office is a joke. Not only did my package not get out in my right mailbox today but they also messed up on a package last week as well! This is ridiculous! I would not recommend this post office to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Total joke. The lady who answered the phone today was also very rude to me. I had a package shipped from overseas and was transferred to this post office and then they told me they couldn’t look up my order with my name and address since I didn’t have the shipping info. I then told them the right shipping address after I finally found it and they told me I should have gotten it. I WOULD HAVE IF MY MAIL CARRIER ACTUALLY READ MY MAIL AND OUT IT IN THE RIGHT MAIL BOX!!!!! I waited 2 weeks for this package from china and spent $40 on it. This is ridiculous. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Lovely post office. Interior is littered with local history and artwork. Exterior is very proper also. Friendly staff and I was assisted at the main desk as soon as I entered the building.

Joke of a post office, as well as those who deliver the mail. Slightest accumulation of snow and get marked as mail box blocked. Yet can use my driveway to turn around no matter if it's got a foot of snow or one inch. Better off stopping and getting the mail yourself if they didn't lose it to begin with.

Does anyone who works there answer the phone ?? My package has been there for 22 days..WHY??Totally unacceptable to scan a package in on Dec.22nd at 11:56am,and not send it out!!

Times vary as to when your Mail will be delivered!Just today the Mailman saw that we were working removing a Tree on the side of our road (Ponderosa Drive) and instead of coming down the road he or she turned around and left!Very poor postal service. Neither Rain, nor Snow or Gloom of Night shall stay the Carrier from his appointed rounds. I’m not sure if these people just hold onto the mail and send it on at their leisure or what but I can get mail from California faster than getting a letter from Muncy PA and I’m only 300 miles away from there. I guess next time I’ll just drive to Muncy to deliver a birthday card. Try moving the mail out faster your reviews may get better. It’s ridiculous to wait weeks to get mail from 300 miles away.
