The worst internet I've ever had. Getting 1/8 of the speed I'm paying for. Just called them and found out that I can get even higher internet plans for less money now. But they won't offer it to me cuz I'm an existing customer. This is pure corruption and the worst company I've ever dealt with. They're fiber optics is garbage. Was getting internet through the cable before and it was better.

i’m just curious, do you actually teach your drivers how to drive? It’s a second time I’ve been cut off by one of your drivers.ride in passing lane just to get cut off to get off the ramp when they could of easily merged behind and got off SAFELY!

The internet is bad I'm recently thinking about canceling it every 2 months it starts becoming bad and acting up and I have to call in just for them to come fix it so far the line has bin replaced 4 times sense getting it a year ago I'm tired of calling in at this point I pay for the highest quality from this company for internet and all I do is have trouble with it

I've had Windstream internet service for about 2 yrs now and on a daily basis my service goes off for 2 hrs EVERY DAY .......but yet I'm charged for a full months service...2 hrs a day times 30 or 31 days ......thats 60 to 62 hrs a month I have no service........but unfortunately no other service is available in my area

Great job. NO STATIC IN LINE.PROMPT! Had numerous occasions dealing with static Had call on occasions finally done. If I am a valued customer why not discounts for as long as I been a customer.I seen that you guys take freezers. called been 4 weeks! No pickup yet!! But the service man that came did a great job!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! MY BILL IS SUPPOSED TO BE 65 A MONTH AND EVERY MONTH THEY FIND A WAY TO MAKE MY BILL 85 DOLLARS FOR EVEN HIGHER, customer service SUCKK! THEY LIE TO GET YOU TO CONTINUE SERVICE! ACTING LIKE THIER HELPING YOU BUT IN ALL ACTUALITY TRYING TO RUN YOUR POCKETS EMPTY! WENT ONLINE TO PAY MY BILL MY PASS DUE BALANCE WAS 85 PUT IN TO PAY IT THEY TOOK 211 DOLLARS OFF MY CARD! AFTER THIS MONTH IM DISCONTINUING SERVICE ! I RATHER JUST USE MY HOTSPOT!

Although I had bad experiences with them in the past, I recently thought I’d give them another chance. Well, looks like things have only gotten worse. I scheduled the install nearly 2 weeks in advance. When the schedule day and time arrived, no one showed up! I called customer service. I was on the phone for an hour, but then only dead ends. They couldn’t even simply put in a new order for me! In the end, I gave up. This company is hopeless. Don’t waste your time.

Worst customer service possible 🫠
We got rid of them years ago and have Service Electric Cablevision (wonderful!) but purchased a rental property and left messages asking them to come remove the line and no reply. Tried chat…oh, sorry, call the free number on these hours. Sure…that’ll fix it…🙄

We disconnected our landline because the rates kept going up. People are upset I haven't returned their calls. The line is still active in someone else's home. Unbelievable they are getting my messages and thats ok according to Windstream....awful service
