Recently I have had two very negative experiences after banking here for over 10 years both times were with drive thru service and my checks not being deposited correctly I am a firm believer of accidents happen. We are all human and we make mistakes but taking accountability for your mistakes and remaining professional is a big part of customer service. Both times Ashley One of your bank tellers had to step in and take care of things for me. She was extremely Professional, even when her coworker was not, she was helpful, kind, patient, accommodating and overall understanding of the problem as she worked promptly to get it fixed If it wasn’t for her, we would’ve been pulling multiple accounts out of this bank today thank you Ashley

They don’t know what they are doing sometimes especially when I ask them to transfer money to my checks from my savings also they need to fix the atm telling it’s the wrong pin when I put the goddamn right pin in doesn’t make any sense and now my card is locked never had that issue before also why can’t they reset the pin to a new pin their it’s not that hard sometimes I think they are being lazy

Great bank have never had a problem Ross is the man very polite knowledgeable and just a very pleasant guy..also the head tell or manager do not Rember her name is also very polite I had my account hacked last year for a pretty large amount of Money I went into the bank and maybe was a little difficult .She was very professional with me even though I may have been Rude

Today is 3/22/22 and this bank has had its last deposit with me. There system has been down. First message says maintenance and the system will be down, as no deposit in or out, can’t even check your balance online or if you called in to the bank. So they planned this on a Weekday during business hours. Now I called to this branch to ask questions as it my right as person has an account and you have my money. Well the notA nice work woman who I was talking to didn’t like the questions or my tone voice and kept repeating she was going to hang up cause of it . Well maybe you should get another job. Your dealing with peoples money and when they can’t get it and you can’t tell them a honest reason, your going take some flac. I’m not your gender studies professor here to be nice to you cause your special no. Welcome to life now were is our money? The app is worse. They say thanks for your patience. Well I’m hungry. Your bank people need to understand some of use get paid on a Tuesday and we live check to check I did my part, the accountant did his part, the payroll service did there part. So only one that didn’t was FCB. Once this error is fixed I fully plan to close my account and move to a larger nation bank unless some has a recommendation for me.

Went the bank to try and cash checks drawn off accounts with First Commwealth. Employees are COMPLETELY IGNORANT to banking laws and regulations. First chance I have, shutting the accounts and taking business elsewhere. FDIC and SEC should be informed.

I’ve been there twice in the last week for a few different transactions(don’t go often but life events have been happening). Both times the newish blonde woman is consistently and unnecessarily rude, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Ross is terrific and always courteous and prompt with the service he provides.

Great Bank , have business account there , no hidden fees , no hassles at all , needed copies of statements for an entire 3 months , they had them ready the same day , no charge . I recommended them to my sister and she thinks they are awesome as well

I do not have an account here but I do cash First Commonwealth checks and I have never had a problem, they don't harass me about opening an account like some banks may. My mom has account(s) with them as well and she never has any problems..

i went to there to cash a check and the new lady tried to tell me i need the balance of the check in my account to just take the cash. its never been like that and i had the account for over 10 years. she was new but the mean older lady does stuff just to defy me. im not going to that bank no more. ill just go down homestead
