We have been persevering through a kitchen remodel by Lowes home improvements which began in late summer of 2023. We were directed to start the process through a virtual means which has been nothing but a terrible experience. We are now approaching February 2024 and the work still has not been completed. This process has been extremely frustrating due to lack of communication and guidance through the entire process. We were assigned a project coordinator through our virtual assessment in which she has been absolutely useless. She has provided minimal direction and advocacy through this piece mill process. We are lucky if she responds to emails. The process began when "professionals" came into our home to measure for the cabinets. The measurements were essentially incorrect which has delayed the completion of the cabinets. We had to wait months to get the cabinet above the refrigerator delivered. This still has not been installed! The installer cancelled today without actually calling to inform us. Now we are rescheduled for the middle of February. This has been a terrible experience. I will admit that the work completed on the remodel has been satisfactory but the process is awful. We have no "go to person". The complete remodel has costed close to 15000 dollars for a galley. We have never gotten a call or communication on how the remodel is going or if we had any questions or concerns. Never a thank you for your business. I'm just so disappointed with Lowe's and the lack of customer service support. I can't recommend anyone else going through this process. We are 8 months into this and still have an unfinished kitchen.

I had a horrible experience with the delivery of my refrigerator, but it wasn’t the Waterfront location. My problem was with the 3rd party contractors that delivered my refrigerator. They delivered my new one and left it in my dining room. They never hauled away my old refrigerator. Walt the manager at the Waterfront location was helpful and made it right. The team he sent to haul away my old refrigerator and install my new one, Rod and Jay, were prompt and professional . They were wonderful. They apologized for the contractors that I had to deal with initially. I can only sing their praises. They are the type of employees that you want representing your company in public.

Trying to get Lowe's to install flooring in my home has been the worst experience I've ever had as a customer.Three months ago, my wife and I had an appointment to get two rooms measured for an estimate. Everything seemed fine until we called the store to schedule the installation and we were told that the estimate was actually only for one room. After many calls, trips to the store, and attempts to resolve the confusion, we were told that things were all set and that we had an installation appointment for both rooms that were measured. I took the day off work, the contractors show up, and they only install flooring in one room because the other room wasn't on the contract. Then my wife and I spend the next two weeks making more phone calls, trips to the store, and attempting to figure out what went wrong so we can get the flooring installed in the second room (like we wanted since the beginning of starting this project). Again, we are told that everything's been figured out and we get an installation appointment set up. Today was supposed to be the day for that installation, so my wife took the day off of work to be at home for the appointment, and when the contractors show up they have the contract/measurements for the room that was ALREADY DONE but not for the room that we still need flooring in. The contractors say they can't do the work if it's not on the contract, so they leave. So we're now 3 months into this project, we've already paid Lowe's for product and installation labor, we've had to miss out on income from work, and only one room has flooring installed in it while the other room sits unfinished with all the materials for the job laying around. We've tried talking to the management at this Lowe's, we've tried to talking to the management at the Lowe's installation center, we've tried talking to the contractor's management, and we still can't get the service we paid for. I am truly at my wit's end about this.

We wanted to buy a new refrigerator. We found one we liked but were warned that everything is through 3rd party vendors so the installation of the water line wasn't guaranteed. That is ridiculous. Who wants to risk buying an appliance when some vague 3rd party may or may not do an installation?

DO NOT CONTRACT LOWES IN HOMESTEAD FOR HOME RENOVATION PROJECTS, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.We've been trying to get our floors done for the past two months now.Communication between lowes, us, and the third party company that they use has been awful. After having an associate come to get measurements for both our living room and second bedroom for laminate flooring, a flooring associate gave us an estimate. After agreeing to the estimate, we found out that the living room was not actually included. We went into the store to try to rectify this situation. After an associate looked at our estimate for 15 minutes while we stood there staring at him, he finally said "okay, you should be all set." I made sure to clarify that the estimate and the work order would be for BOTH rooms and he said it would. We took the necessary materials for the job with us. Come to find out, he only gave us enough material for ONE room. I call lowes for the millionth time and talk to the original person taking care of the estimate, he says that he will have his manager make this right on my end, since we agreed on a price under the assumption that the initial estimate was for both the living room and second bedroom. He said this would be done in time for them to send the work order to ultimate home services installation team (today). My husband called lowes six times this morning and was told that he would recieve a call back before our scheduled service. They never called so the installation team was not able to complete the work. Our names have now been passed around the entire flooring department from associate to specialist to manager and not a single person has called us back.We just wanted the work described in our initial estimate to be finished. This is absurdly ridiculous.Edit: our floors still aren't done because we keep telling them that we already have the product but they will not send that information to the contractor. Don't work with them on a project like this unless you want to deal with them constantly making everything harder for you and then having to sit on hold for literal hours for them to pick up.10/19: it's now the day of the installation. Ultimate home services is at our house and unable to start work because lowes once again failed to give them the correct flooring measurements. Our time has been thoroughly wasted.

I love Lowe’s. This Waterfront location is a big store with a good selection of items. Great, friendly staff ready to help. If my item happens not to be in stock here, I use the Lowe’s app to order it and have it shipped to my house for free. What’s better than that? Not much unless everything was free, lol.

Got good service after the cashier played us and we waited 20 minutes for help. I had to get a manager to assist. The color of my skin may have upset the cashier but the manager gave us wonderful customer service.

It seems that Lowes as a company takes all of their worst employees and places them on the "Customer Service Desk", picking up from there is a nightmare, plan to be there for an extraordinary amount of time. It happened to me a few times and I just assumed it was luck of the draw but no, they are just terrible at pickup orders. Also, it is extremely difficult to get help loading out. It's much easier at Home Depot.

Well I know I won’t be coming to this location anymore, Antonio was great was willing to help me in every way, till he contacted the manager Christine! She was not helpful at all, just flat out told us No, when we were sent there by another store to get the item! So thankfully we went to the bethel location and Joe there helped us and told us Robinson had them there to, so today I went and got my archway with no fuss from the top shelf with those wonderful employees no disappointment in CUSTOMER SERVICE at any of the other locations, maybe Antonio should go to another location so he can give great customer service! So again thank you Christine the manager for making me know never to walk in this location again
