Riteaid is horrible. The pharmacy manager, Kelly, isn't very nice, and neither is the pharmacy tech guy. Karen is excellent. I wanted to thank Kelly and Joe for helping me with my step mother's meds. It was Easter time, so I got both of them a card and gift card to make their days better. Later that day, I got a call from Kelly's boss saying that was inappropriate. I was just trying to be nice. I transferred my meds out. I will never return to riteaid. It's okay for other people to give them gifts, but I do and it's wrong.

I strongly recommend if you have an option in not doing so not to use Rite Aid in munhall Pa. The pharmacist, Karen said to me over the phone, "I've tried to submit your order with three different cards which are all declining its not my problem you don't have sufficient funds." and "I don't have the time to deal with your problems!". at which time, Karen hung up on me - literally. I called back and spoke with Kelly asking to speak with Kelly's direct report who I was told is, Ashley and Kelly mentioned they try to resolve issues prior to things escalating to Ashley which I understand and appreciated the honesty. Kelly attempted to charge my card, (which worked) and kindly listened to my concerns. I won't be using Rite Aid anymore as Karen made me feel that I didn't matter and she didn't care. I hope that wasn't Karens intention, as we all have bad days but dealing with people, their medicine and their well being I hope Karen chooses another route and appears to care in the future.

A big thank you to the Rite Aid on William Marks Drive in Munhall. Forgot to call in my Adderall script in a timely manner (Again. Because a trait of those with ADHD is forgetfulness), and unlike their competitor (begins with a "C") they were not only able to find the on file script in their computer, but they also filled it in just a half hour w/o me asking, which is great, because I legit need it. ASAP. It's almost like they know what they're doing, and actually care... Thanks Rite Aid!

Friendly staff at the pharmacy and bright and clean store inside. Lots of parking and convenient location.

Business is not open 24 hours, went there tonight at around 10pm and it was closed. Not sure if permanently closed but it was not open when it should have.

Munhall Medicine Shoppe () closed and we're all moved to this Rite-Aid- They are incredibly slow and not very knowledgeable. - especially at the drive through... It's really not a convenience at all. I don't know if it's the store layout but every drive-through experience is absurd and so far everybody at the window always needs to say 'I'll check' about every question and then they leave for five minutes at a time and come back and not really have an answer. I gave them a good shot for a couple months, but tonight's fiasco (20 mins in line) has me giving up & not giving another chance.

Customer beware. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I'm not usually a fan of RiteAid, but it was close for my husband to get his annual flu shot. If you call corporate customer service, their policy is to accept walk ins for a flu shot. However this location says it's by appointment only. So, appointment was scheduled for 11:20am. Arrived 10 minutes early and let them know we were there. Sat there for over 45 minutes waiting. I had already completed all paperwork online prior to arriving, there was not one other person inside waiting for anything. Just someone that "walked in" wanting to get a shot. At about the 20 minute mark they had me sign papers so they could bill my insurance and told us that they would be out in a second to administer the shot. I will admit, the store appeared clean and well stocked. Just can't get past the fact that you have to have an appointment to get a flu shot then are expected to wait 45+ minutes to receive it. Apparently the staff hear can only administer 1 shot an hour? Or maybe they are just lazy and don't want to do anything. Next time I will just go to my PCP, the wait time is less, and that's just sad.
