“Believe it or not, I was one of the first kids enrolled at The Alphabet Tree when I was a kid. Man, did I love it while I was there. Had so many memories of the way the rooms were situated and all of the teachers.Flash forward 30+ years, and I switch my little girl Zoey’s preschool to The Alphabet Tree. When I walked her in the first day, I knew I made the right choice. Everyone was so welcoming and took Zoey under their wings right off the bat. Even the smell was the same! Also, Ms. Bev worked there when I was little and she still remembered my name!It’s been a very rough year or so for our family and everyone at the Alphabet Tree from the owners, staff, and other parents have been nothing but kind, generous, and loving while we cope with our new normal.I would recommend anyone and everyone to enroll their children at The Alphabet Tree. It’s a small family and all the kids are so well taken care of!”

“I was very apprehensive on sending my new baby to daycare when I was able to return to work. My husband and I toured many daycare centers in the area but none of them made us feel as comfortable and safe as A Place To Grow did. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the staff is spectacular. So, when it came time for me to return to work after our second child there was no hesitation on where she would go to receive the best care possible. A Place To Grow to our family this is more than just a "daycare" it is a place where our children can flourish, be imaginative and creative. The smiles they have on their faces during drop off when they see their teachers and friends is enough for me to know that A Place To Grow is where we should be.”

“Highly recommend. Great Directors, Assistant Directors, and teachers. They have a very good curriculum and do a lot of fun activities. They truly care about the children. My little one attended from newborn-three years old and we unfortunately moved out of the area. Truly an extension of our family.”

“I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to send my son to AFCC. Their advanced understanding of child development provided a supportive environment for my son to flourish. You can see the tenets of Mr Rogers (who interned there at one point!) woven into their philosophies and approach to preK learning. The intimate setting allowed the staff and classmates to feel like family. They prioritize SEL, social skills, learning through play, in addition to kindergarten readiness. Their commitment to providing the safest environment during COVD19 allowed our kids to get that important last year of peer engagement to prepare for K, without any closures for illness. We will always look back at our time at AFCC with gratitude!”

“I love this daycare. They are very organized and the teachers care about the children..They provide great breakfast for the children too. The previous daycares that my children attended only provided cereal. I have seen my children eat pancakes, waffles, fruit etc. They have parent teacher conferences which I love. It is nice to know how my boys are doing in their class and what needs improvement. They also have a preschool. They have a playground on their property too and they do outside activies such as gardening with the children.”

“Great caring staff. I know my kids have fun each day while they’re there, and my oldest has learned a lot since joining the preschool and now pre-k class! Safe and secure building, utilize an app for communication each day. It’s great that they have a program for the half day kindergarten as well. We enjoy sending our kids here!”

“Best school of all time. I went there the teachers were great, the schoolwork was interesting, and they appreciated every thing we had to offer. My only problem is the food and the uniforms. Great place. Would recommend to anyone with or without a child haha.Edit: the kids who say they don’t like guys school will HATE every other school. Probably your best option in Pennsylvania, let alone Pittsburgh.”

“Angel Academy has been a blessing for my little family! They teach the love of Christ and it shows. My son has been here for a couple of years and is graduating this summer from their preschool program headed to kindergarten and taking so much knowledge with him! If you are looking for a small center with a great director and staff then this is the place for you.”

“Our daughters (ages 5 1/2 and 16 months) love CCDC! The class sizes are small so they get a lot of individual attention and the teachers enjoy nurturing and teaching the children in a friendly, home-like environment. Everyday they have reading, math, and science lessons that have helped get our oldest daughter ready to start kindergarten. They encourage creativity and play, spending time outside when the weather is nice, and a creative art projects daily. They also teach important lessons about helping others, such as participating in a "Hop-A-Thon" to help raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The teachers at CCDC enrich our children's lives and I feel good about taking them there! Their tuition is very reasonable as well!”

“My children have attended daycare and preschool at Tutor Time since 2017. Tutor Time uses apps called Watch Me Grow (live stream in classrooms) and Sprout About which allows teachers to post pictures and videos and provide daily feedback on diaper changes, feedings, bathroom visits, meals, kudos, etc. Weekly lesson plans and the weekly menus are also posted to preview.Throughout the year, families are invited in for special events, an annual art show, and a holiday show, to name a few.When we enter the building, we are always greeted by someone at the front desk. The environment is warm and inviting. We have many lasting relationships with multiple teachers, even when our children have moved on from their classrooms.Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided by the center, and Ms. Stephanie in the kitchen has gotten my children to try many more foods than I've been able to at home- and she shares recipes!We have had nothing but amazing experiences at Tutor Time. 5 stars, for sure!”

“I go here. I have been educated here for about 5 years now, let me tell you about the teachers they make learning fun sometimes they have their days but hey so do the students. They really teach you stuff I didn't think I would have learned until high school. The students can be complicated or at least the one's I'm with but they pull through and learn. My favorite teacher are probably the Science, Spanish, History, Reading, and Math teachers.(In that order)They are the best at making learning fun and making it stick. The teachers are so sweet and kind I really dont want to leave. Let me tell you I love this school so much and I highly recommend you send your kids here.”

“My daughter attended pre-k here. It was a wonderful experience for both of us! The staff was amazing. My daughter was MORE than prepared for kindergarten. They went above and beyond to see to it!! “My son started at a different daycare when he was 7 months and by 12 months I'd had enough of the constant staff changes and moving kids around to try to make ratios (which they were still not in compliance with). I was so relieved to find Tendercare! I am a primary school teacher and have worked in child care settings before so I can be picky, but the teachers and staff meet and exceed every expectation. You will never walk in and see a teacher that is not fully involved in the children and their work. They have a great mixture of play based learning with a more structured circle time that is completely developmentally appropriate. My son loves every second of his time at daycare, and that's the best recommendation for them I can give!”
