The Enterprise staff were very pleasant and fitted me with a rental vehicle I felt comfortable driving, even giving me a brief tutorial on its basic operations.”

“I found myself in Pittsburgh PA with no way to get back to Charleston WV. I got on line and reserved a car through Enterprise at 4099 William Penn Highway in Monroeville Pa. When I got there, there were already 6 people there (this was just before they opened at 10). When it was time for them to open an employee held the door for everyone to enter as other employees jumped to it to get customers taken care of. The car was clean and size requested, the young gentleman (who had gone to IUP (wish I had gotten his name)) checked the car over and told me exactly what to do when I returned it as the return point would be closed Saturday and Sunday. He was extremely polite and helpful. Very fast and helpful service. If you need to rent a car in Pittsburgh this is the place to go.”

“I picked up my car on a Saturday for a two week rental for a road trip. I really felt bad for the guy at the counter because he was working all alone. Meaning, he had to check clients in and then go out, get the vehicle they were renting then wash & vacuum it. That's a lot for one person. He did a really good job and remained calm and cool while three people were waiting. He was friendly, found my online reservation and got my car with no issues. I did have to wait about 30 minutes for it, but it wasn't a huge deal. When I returned the car, the computer system was down, so I was able to just drop the keys and leave. I was given a VW Jetta and it was clean and I had no issues with it during the 4,000 mile trip. I would rent here again. My only regret is that I forgot to grab my EZPass to put in the rental car before I set out from home. So, the $3.85 worth of tolls I encountered on the trip turned into $33.85 because of the Convenience Fee Hertz tacked on. Don't forget your EZPass! I won't make that mistake again.”
