Recently stopped for lunch about 1-2PM and there was five employees and one lady who was just done being checked out. I walked up to where you order and stood there while the girl at the register made eye contact, but never said anything. Three people at the table behind the counter, doing prep work, and none of them ever looked up or said anything. Finally, the young man who looked like he was trying to restock the food came back not once not twice, but three times and never acknowledged, or said anything to me. A very simple “hey, how are you doing? Give me a second to get this squared away, and I will be happy to take your order” or any other English words would’ve been excellent, but I was just left there standing in silence. How long? Several minutes for sure, and long enough to feel uncomfortable and for sure ignored. Finally I gave up, made a left turn walked past the register and walked out the side door. As I left, I looked back and the young man stocking the food with the dangly earring, made a face and rolled his eyes. Apparently he did see me. Who knew? No worries my guy, Moe’s is right down the street and I know someone will welcome me the second I walk through the door.I love chipotle and have been in a bunch of them, but this was disappointing. This was my first time in the Murrysville location and it’s obvious there is a culture issue with this location. Somebody let me know when they get it fixed so I can stop by and get the bowl. I was looking forward to.

The place is always dirty, the staff don't have answers as to why they never have half the ingredients and they never have Vegetables and corn, pretty funny for a Mexican place to never half the ingredients for Mexican food.Vegetarian options: They never have them.

We LOVE chipotle. This visit was very disappointing though. The food in the hotel pans in the hot well was very dried out. Every table was dirty. And the garbage cans were overflowing.We have always had an incredible dining experience here. We haven't been back since our last visit before Christmas.

If you order online, beware! The person assembling your food does not care about it. Ordered a burrito with extra chicken and all the accoutrements (salsa, cheese, etc.). The burrito had a minimal amount of chicken, rice, and sour cream.The kids meal is supposed to come with two sides. After arguing with the employee, I left with only one side (she claimed it would cost an extra $1.60 for more rice instead of beans—which is not an option on the app. Finally, I got nothing but attitude when I told her we wanted white milk instead of chocolate.Terrible experience from a toxic employee.

Greed has ruined this place. When ordering online, you get like 2 pieces of chicken in your meal. It's gotten insane. No reason to ever order from here again.

Service was awful on New Year’s Eve! I mean awful……the worker obviously hated his job and was so annoyed that he had customers. Just rude, never seen anything like it.

This Chipotle is exceptional. My food is always correct and tasty, but the customer service is where they shine. I didn’t realize pricing had changed on the menu (my fault) and the associate at the register went above and beyond to fix MY mistake! I should have asked for the associates name but I was so taken aback with how wonderful the customer service was. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but this solidified my loyalty further.

I routinely order ahead on the app and pickup on my way home from Pittsburgh. Order is always ready when i get there, made correctly. Easy to access.

No matter which one you go to, the store is filthy, they never have enough food in stock, and the staff looks completely annoyed at you for being there. I am going to have to say bye to Chipotle ... obviously, owners do not care who they hire or how their stores are being run.

Every time I order pickup there is an error. Tonight both of the bowls were completely wrong and last time the kids Meal only had a quesadilla and no sides. I guess you need to open every item inside the bag before leaving.
