The people there were nice, but it was not fast like they advertised. I was there for over two hours to do a 5 minute strep test and it was not crowded at all.

The nurse and PA (Leeanne & Alison were so kind and helpful as well as professional and personal. It was a great visit for me. I’m glad I went there and will return.

All the staff were very pleasant and professional. The PA that treated me, Ally, made me feel comfortable and explained in detail what she would be doing to apply multiple stitches in both thumbs along with follow up instructions. She was very professional and if anyone in my family needs assistance, I hope she is available to treat us. Great experience!!

It seems pointless to make an appointment if it's still going to take 90 minutes to see someone for 4 stitches that took less than 10 minutes to do from start to finish. The Dr and Staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Took awesome care of my wound, took the time to redo a stitch to make it pulled in the skin of the wound as much as possible. Should definitely help with reducing scaring.

Thank you to the very friendly staff at UPMC Urgent Care in Murrysville. We were in and out and comfortable the whole time. They even let me into a room as soon as I arrived so I could lay flat with my back injury. The PA was so kind and explained things in a way that was easy to understand.

Dr. Katherine Neely is a rock star! She listened, while focused on me with respect, dignity and a wonderful sense of humor. She heard me. She actually read my relevant medical history and solved the immediate issue, then made recommendations for future follow up with my PCP.

Called this morning to see if a particular doctor was in so I could get my FML paperwork completed as my employer requires attending physician fill them out. The receptionist who answered my call Cora was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Her attitude represents your business. And my opinion is that she shouldn’t be answering calls if she can’t be civil to the patient. The five stars are for the doctor and xray tech who treated me.
