Prompt and good service. I needed 8 stitches on my leg. The staff and doctor were very nice and accommodating.

Was there an hour and a half just to get a strep test. They are appointment only so there is no excuse for having to wait that long. The doctor did not care at all and did not offer any help. The front desk workers take forever and do not care about when your appointment is

I had a very poor experience at this location (I've had nothing but positive experiences at other locations). The NPR did not even palpate for swollen glands or read my chart at all (she suggested two medications I'm already taking would take care of the issue (obviously not the case). At the end of our less-than-five-minutes encounter, she slammed the keyboard tray closed, said, "Checkout is over there", then opened the door so hard it bounced off the door stop. I was shocked at the exchange and literally cried in my car after the appointment. I genuinely don't know what happened but she seemed frustrated with me before I even said hello, like I was wasting her time. I will not go back nor would I recommend this location to anyone.

They were all very professional and I felt that the time I waited ad the time I was attended to was as I had hoped for. The doctor was very helpful and answered questions and helped me with things I was not there for. I would highly recommend them.

Murrysville Med express horrible the doc I saw I felt my visit was rush and moved along. I did not feel welcoming from the doc at all. She blew off what my concerns was and as a patient that shouldn’t have happened. Awful service for some one who has a cold and need medical attention.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon, one person in front of us. Girl at counter turning people away telling them she had no open appointments. There was no one there and no one coming in for any appointments!

I arrived with my daughter, who was the patient. There were two other people in the waiting room. I was asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t, and was then told we couldn’t be seen because we didn’t have one. The receptionist was impatient, telling other staff members how annoyed she was with the people calling on the phone, “give me a break, like I have time to answer these questions..” etc. She then told me I’d have to bring my daughter back an hour and a half later. No one asked me why my daughter needed to be seen, if she was ok etc. They just sent us away and told us to come back. When we came back, the same unpleasant, impatient staff member checked us in. We were finally taken back to triage where at last they asked my daughter what was wrong. She explained she had a foot injury. They proceeded to inform us they don’t do X-rays on this day. We had to leave without being treated and go to a different location. We understand people have rough days and make mistakes, but this was quite unpleasant and inefficient experience.

I arrived at 07 10. I thought it started at 7 AM. Did not open until 8 AM. So I was the first patient there. Staff were pleasant and wonderful. The wait was ridiculously long. Another lady came in and had appointments for her two daughters. I had a tick bite and needed to get some prophylactic antibiotics. As the first patient there there is no way I should’ve waited an hour and a half to be seen by the Doctor Who was a travel doctor. This is totally unacceptable for an urgent care clinic. I will not return to this location
