I had a new patient visit scheduled for about two months. When choosing the doctor, I used UPMC's provider search website and specifically filtered for doctors accepting new patients. About a week before my appointment, the office called me saying they cancelled my appointment because this doctor was not accepting new patients.I don't really understand why you would just cancel an appointment that was scheduled for 2 months without warning.

Took my son here for possible tik bite they prescribed antibiotics, I was very thankful for this We had to wait but at least we were seen our family doctor couldn't get him in they said gor over a week. So THANK YOU

I had a great experience here today! I have not been feeling well and I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday. Renee, Talia as well as staff at the front desk were very very nice!

Drove over an hour to take my 86 yo Aunt to this office, which is another 22 minutes from her house. GPS took us to incorrect address by about 1 mile. Nurse Practitioner Kelly wouldnt see my Aunt because we were over 10 minutes late (16 minutes).for her a.m. appointment. .(only 2 people in the waiting room)..I explained how far I had come, and that she is a handicap 86 yo.. They wouldnt see her at all the entire day... Very disappointing. I understand we were late. My Aunt has gone to Dr Brodski's office for over 40 years! Imagine the hours she has waited in the UPMC waiting room! And she is handicap, and not very mobile. UPMC should be more understanding for Handicap and Elderly Patients. I showed up 12 minutes late because I went to the wrong address. (There are two addresses on route 22 at 4614 William Penn hwy). I tried to call to let them know of this mistake and of course you have to go through an automated machine. By the time I got there I was told to reschedule. No one cares about your well being. I just felt like another number.

I had been a patient for several years. I was running several minutes late. The office requires an online, cell phone based, registration. The process took me a few minutes - they text you a security code and everything - I successfully finished registration 12 minutes late for the appointment. Doctor Gallik refused to see me. I won’t be rescheduling.

I was 10 min late driving 45 min away and they maid me reschedule! I have waited more than 25 minutes in their office on an appointment that they were late taking me back! We're not supposed to talk about that! I also was misdiagnosed for 6 months from a nurse practitioner in their office which that's still up in the air to be looked into. They're rude and arrogant! Even when you ask to speak to the manager she seems like there's nothing she can do. So there's no point in talking to a manager! It's really sad that this one office is giving UPMC a bad name! I would suggest taking your business elsewhere! partners in health in delmont they seem to be much more courteous!

I went here because I was having some concerning symptoms. I went through some testing, and they told me I had low thyroid. Now that I'm on medicine, I feel much better. I recommend this place to my friends and family.

Mary Beth in billing is just shear ignorant. This minimum wage worker makes fun of people that complain they have to pay 5.00 co pays. This states a lot about her, the staff and the doctors there. To ant patient there just know that Mary Beth in billing is not a nice person maybe if she made more than minimum wage - I am not sure that would change her, just a bitter person. If you have medical assistance as Insurance she looks down on you.After hearing her on the phone I left upmc as a patient
