I had a wonderful experience at the PNC Bank in Murrysville thanks to Rachel at the teller window. She was incredibly kind and patient while helping me resolve an issue with my debit card that wasn’t working at the ATM. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of!

After a horrible experience at he MONROEVILLE branch I went to this branch and was greeted by Ashley who helped get paperwork that needed handled to the proper people. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the bank but Ashley gets 5 stars from me!
