Pure Barre is an amazing challenging workout. Each class is different, using all these muscles I never knew I had. Barre focuses a lot on your core which is great because it’s something I tend to neglect when working out by myself or at home. The studio is super clean and cute inside. The teachers/staff are all very upbeat and welcoming, they make a point to remember your name, and they all are super helpful with any of the moves throughout the class.

I absolutely love everything about Pure Barre! I’ve been a member since April 2021 and I cannot believe how much my body has changed in that time. I’m
much more toned, flexible, and stronger. From the excellent instructors to the wonderful community of members, there is nothing not to love about it! You have to try it for yourself!

Took my 4th class today and I must say I am totally in love! I am used to doing at home workout that involved a lot of weight lifting but Pure Barre gives me the best workout I’ve have ever experienced! I can not wait for the results! I know I’m going to see a big difference! I love the instructors and awesome music during the workouts! Helps take your mind away from the intense burn!

The Pure Barre workout was very difficult at first and I could not do all the exercises fully at first. The instructor ‘s taught me adjustments until I built-up the strength to do the exercise fully. Planks and push-ups were the most difficult for me. Now I’m stronger and that’s important as we age to do weight bearing exercises. Try it!

Excellent low impact workout and very skilled instructors! Denise was wonderful, she walked around to make sure everyone’s form was correct and always said words of encouragement.

I hate to leave a bad review during a year where many businesses are struggling, but...this place is pretty terrible.I signed up for a a monthly subscription for virtual only classes ($99 a month) on November 9th. Considering the price, I assumed the virtual classes would be of good quality. The only way to access their classes is through Facebook and I am fairly confident that the classes are filmed using an iPhone. In other words they film a class that is taking place in their studio using an iPhone...obviously it’s terrible quality. The first virtual class I participated in was impossible to follow- the music is too loud so you can’t hear the instructor. People are talking in the class and the individual demonstrating the positions would go in and out of the iPhone screen.I was sympathetic to the fact that they were probably trying to adjust to this new online culture, but ultimately I decided to cancel because it wasn’t worth the $100 a month. It took them a week to get back to me via phone- when they did, I was asked to send an email explaining why I was canceling so that they had a record of it, which I did on November 30th. My email was received by a “Kelly” who responded to my request to cancel my subscription.Fast forward to December 9th- I get a call from PureBarre Murrysville, asking if I still had plans to cancel...? I explained that I canceled in November via phone and email (and that my email was received and responded to). They apologized. No big deal...just an oversight. Except this continued for another 3 months!! I have sent email after email (forwarding my original cancellation email with PureBarre’s response) just to get them to cancel my subscription and to stop charging me—12 emails in total (and I don’t know how many times I’ve spoken to representative by phone).By February I’m $400 poorer and still a member or PureBarre Murrysville. I get another call from PureBarre mid February asking if I STILL wanted to cancel my membership. I finally get annoyed with the representative and tell her that I’ve been trying to quit since Nov and that if I didn’t get a $300 refund (since I have 12 emails of proof stating my request to cancel my subscription) I would contact my bank to refute the charge as well as the BBB. I was finally told that I would be refunded for Dec, Jan, Feb.Great. It’s finally resolved...so I thought. In March, the owner (I think, Gina) contacted us...long story short she said they would not refund us for Dec since my contract states I have to give a 30 day notice to cancel (which would mean that I would have had to cancel on the same day that I signed up). She only planned to refund us for January and February! I was so turned off by this! I was a pretty understanding over the last three months about how poorly they handled this situation. I even stated in a few of my emails that I hope to be able join in-person classes once things calm down. The owner is right, I did sign a contract that stated I would give a 30 day notice to cancel, but considering how bad she and her employees messed up, you would think she would want to keep a client and still offer the refund. So instead of using PureBarre this summer, I plan to keep my $20 per month subscription to Barre3 and join Burn Boot Camp in Murrysville.

Pure Barre Murrysville was just the place I needed after receiving ankle surgery!! Low impact workouts that make you burn like nothing I have ever done before. Super challenging and super rewarding. Teachers are awesome and motivate you to push yourself! Highly recommend.

Staff are amazing and super friendly! Love the lift tone and burn I get out of every workout. The studio offers many options and times to workout. PBMV also makes me feel safe during the pandemic.

If you want to make your inner ballerina happy and strong please do yourself a favor and try Pure Barre. It's a workout like no other: intense and very effective. And it never gets boring, even if you go everyday (believe me I've been there for a few of March madness/Barre Strong challenges!). They keep it interesting and dynamic, so your body is always being challenged - in a good way (no pain, no gain, right?!). The music is incredible, the instructors are knowledgeable and

This studio, as well as front staff & instructors are amazing. I started here on a whim about three years ago, looking for something new to do. I was nervous and anxious to do group classes because of my spine surgeries and was afraid I’d be embarrassed if I couldn’t do something. I realized after ONE class that I was hooked and that I had nothing but support from instructors and my now friends. Love you all my Barre-Babes! Thanks for keeping my spine and mind healthy!
