They actually have payment arrangements for 6 months, which was great for us, you can’t find anywhere like this anymore. Their prices are fantastic, Zack went above and beyond with his service to us. He explained everything to us and I know I can call him at anytime if I have any questions. I’ve never been to a tire and wheel place like RNR but they now have a customer for life. Thank you everyone, we love our new Wheels and Tires!

Chris was responsive and polite when I called , before he told me to come in he asked me to send a picture so he could see the problem and was helpful when I got to the shop. He moved quickly, fixed the problem and was able to get me on my way. I will be ordering my replacement tires from him. I'm very happy to support this independent local business.”

“My battery died, I’m from out of state. Company vehicle Roadside service only covers the owner of company. Go figure ?. My personal roadside service only covers my vehicle. People don’t carry jumper cables anymore. I was in the Denny’s parking lot, I asked a man if he had cables he said no but NTB is right there they might help you. I said oh ok thanks. What luck. I walked up to an open bay. Explained my situation, no judging, no attitude, no sign of inconvenience. Just sure we’ll be over in a minute. I was so relieved. Positive energy and kind people who helped because they could. To the staff at NTB I wish you prosperity and protection. Thank you”

“I just recently ran over one of our newly created potholes with my front passenger side tire. The inside of the rim was damaged, and caused a flat. I took my Nissan Rogue Sport to Hubcap Heaven & Wheel. They said they could repair the rim. Additionally, since that rim and another on car had bad scratch marks on the outside surface of the rims, I had them restore both rims. I took my car in on Thursday morning and picked it up the next morning. I swear to anyone reading this review they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Hubcap Heaven & Wheels to anyone needing repair work on their wheels.”

“This is not a cheap place, howwver if you are in a pinch and need someone to help you out they are great at doing the basics. Sure, develop a relationship with a trusted shop. But this is a great alternative of you need something done quick or without an appointment.
They helped me out after I mad a mistake with my calipers. Great service and great waiting area I could work from.”

“I found Fuzzy Simon Tire this morning when I had to call off work due to a flat. They weren’t able to repair it, but they were able to replace it for a very reasonable price. I was offered both a new and a used tire as a replacement. The entire process only took an hour and fifteen minutes and everyone there is super nice. I’m never buying tires anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Thanks guys! You’re AWESOME!”

“I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”

“I love Monroeville Sam's Club However what I witnessed around 11:15 am at the Gas Pumps was a total ignorance of today's Young People as everyone knows there's definitely a problem with many. However a Women with her 2 Son's thought it was her privilege to jump the line coming into the pumps then proceeds to tell the rest of us going the right direction to move back so she can get to the pump. Well because of the amount of many people in line there was no place for people to move to. At which point the 2 wanna be THUGS jump out of the car and start Mfing everyone in line and if the didn't move they would mess them up. The entire time the Mother is saying nothing to them about their behavior and truthfully she wasn't much better. It left many people of all Colors and Religions just shaking their heads. I think some how either they need someone to direct traffic or have a security guard posted. For what we pay to go to Sam's Club safety should be the first priority.”

Gave us more places to look for parts, helped us the best he could to get broken lug nuts off, mount our tire and normal work we needed done brakes in the front and back, helped put our battery in for a very reasonable price. Affordable and reliable
Although he couldn’t get the lug nuts off he recommended us someone else who could for a reasonable price then mounted our new tire afterwards
