“I was having issues with squeaky brakes the were changed by Scott's team. My car is a 2020 Kia Cadenza. After 3 complete brake system changeouts, the squeal persisted. At that point, I mentioned "The Cadenza is an upgrade to the Optima, built on the same frame". Scott checked the size, and indeed the size of the caliper pins was a centimeter different for the Optima as the Cadenza. Scott got the pads recommended for the Optima and installed them - problem solved!Nobody goes through that much trouble to be able to get it right! Very much appreciated, Scott! I've used many repair shops over the years. Monro Auto Service & Tire Center on Golden Mile Highway has become the go-to repair shop for my wife and I. “I love Monroeville Sam's Club However what I witnessed around 11:15 am at the Gas Pumps was a total ignorance of today's Young People as everyone knows there's definitely a problem with many. However a Women with her 2 Son's thought it was her privilege to jump the line coming into the pumps then proceeds to tell the rest of us going the right direction to move back so she can get to the pump. Well because of the amount of many people in line there was no place for people to move to. At which point the 2 wanna be THUGS jump out of the car and start Mfing everyone in line and if the didn't move they would mess them up. The entire time the Mother is saying nothing to them about their behavior and truthfully she wasn't much better. It left many people of all Colors and Religions just shaking their heads. I think some how either they need someone to direct traffic or have a security guard posted. For what we pay to go to Sam's Club safety should be the first priority.”

“Would like to give 3.5 stars, but my experience is enough to at least take it to 4. For the most part, my experience has been pretty painless with Firestone. I usually take my car here to get my inspection done because it's quick and easy. Have not had issues other than my girlfriend got an alignment here, and it was really off. Took it to another location and is significantly better and her tires seem to be wearing evenly now.”
