“We are very happy customers and pleased with how they treat their customers....they make sure you can see what is going on when they find issues with your vehicle while doing state inspection..ours failed due to holes in the body frame otherwise, everything else was fine....We got the holes fixed by a company welding panels onto the areas and then undercoated the area...Dan (employee of Monro) is a great person and makes you feel very welcome and informed....”

“I got a flat tire from driving on one of Monroeville's great roads. They couldn't plug it but they were willing to mount the tire I had in the trunk (even though they were hesitant at first) I didn't have much money to work with and they helped me get back on the road. Thank you”
“Staff was great, manager was great, service was great but let's talk about pricing. At my inspection I needed front wiper blades and a battery. Total cost was a couple dollars under $500 . The main cost was labor I was told . You had a 4 foot tall sign on your front window that said free battery installation on most vehicles. I understand that some batteries are in difficult places and take some labor but mine was right on top and only takes 5 minutes . So I left and went to Advance Auto. Wipers and battery installed in 10 minutes and cost out the door was $267 as compared to $490. I have been coming here for years but if this continues to be policy and pricing I will be looking elsewhere.”
“I love Monroeville Sam's Club However what I witnessed around 11:15 am at the Gas Pumps was a total ignorance of today's Young People as everyone knows there's definitely a problem with many. However a Women with her 2 Son's thought it was her privilege to jump the line coming into the pumps then proceeds to tell the rest of us going the right direction to move back so she can get to the pump. Well because of the amount of many people in line there was no place for people to move to. At which point the 2 wanna be THUGS jump out of the car and start Mfing everyone in line and if the didn't move they would mess them up. The entire time the Mother is saying nothing to them about their behavior and truthfully she wasn't much better. It left many people of all Colors and Religions just shaking their heads. I think some how either they need someone to direct traffic or have a security guard posted. For what we pay to go to Sam's Club safety should be the first priority.”

We followed up and the manager immediately rectified the issue by issuing a full refund. Have been their customer since 2006 - glad they value honesty and customer first!!
Old: $430 rip-off: Same services performed on 24-Mar-25 and 13-Mar-26 while the car was ONLY driven 1,888 miles between services and within 1 year. I am fairly confident, these parts/services were NOT REQUIRED:
REMOVE & REPLACE VALVE COVER GASKET, ENGINE AIR FILTER,
CABIN AIR FILTER.”

“Went to RNR Tire Express today to have new Wheels and Tires put on our car. Spoke with Zack on the phone and he was able to get us what we needed. They actually have payment arrangements for 6 months, which was great for us, you can’t find anywhere like this anymore. Their prices are fantastic, Zack went above and beyond with his service to us. He explained everything to us and I know I can call him at anytime if I have any questions. I’ve never been to a tire and wheel place like RNR but they now have a customer for life. Thank you everyone, we love our new Wheels and Tires!
