This is a terrific hardware store. The people who work there seem to actually listen to and care about their customers. I have had some questions which were probably quite stupid, and they have never made me feel dumb for asking. They are also very knowledgeable about all sorts of repairs and projects, and will help you find exactly what you need for what you're doing. And if you need something they don't carry, the staff will direct you to the right store for it.
This has become my go-to store for bolts, tools, spray paint, and other random things I need.

Pants on Fire?Bait and switch is not an ethical way to attract customers. Quoting a price over the phone and then charging a higher one at the register is both a deceptive and ineffective strategy for attracting loyal and repeat customers.
