Purchased a bed and mattress. Kyle was very helpful and non-intrusive as we browsed. Delivery by Raymond and Elijah was efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Dreamland Mattress. We will be returning for future purchases!

The total experience was beyond exceptional. We had delivery within hours after our purchase. The delivery men went well above and beyond and provided exceptional service. We have bought from Dreamland before and, as always, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great knowledgeable, low pressure sales. The delivery guys were professional. They pointed out an issue with the stitching that I would have noticed. They went back to the warehouse and swapped it out for a new one right away. What great service! I am very happy with the mattress I purchased. I will be a repeat customer.

Dream mattress is the best place to not only get a quality mattress cheap, but they have a wide variety of furniture to pick from. Plus the delivery guys helped me out by moving my old furniture to another room. No questions asked.

Ben and garm and the seller whose name I don't remember, but he is the owner's brother did a great job from the sale to the installation, they are super friendly, careful and responsible. I will definitely recommend them to others

The staff at Dreamland are awesome. The sales Representative Kyle was very professional and he let us alone to look at the mattresses. We tested a few and Kyle answered our questions. Ben and Mark are very professional and they did a great job. They are very neat and they are very concerned about how they did things. Very professional. I highly recommend Dreamland for your next furniture purchase.

My husband and I went to DreamLand in search of a new mattress. In my mind I thought I knew what I wanted, having a certain brand name in mind. I had asked Jesse if he carried that brand, which he did not. He was pleasant answering me, and told my husband and I what he has and explained the pro's and con's of the brand I was in search of... compared to what he has. He was very knowledgeable and discussed how the mattresses are made in detail, and listened to what my husband and I were looking for. Jesse gave us a suggestion, in which, we did try out.
One week later, we returned to DreamLand after I had did my research on points that Jesse brought up about the other brand I was initially looking for... as my husband and I walked in, I saw Jesse and said, "You were right and I was wrong." Jesse just smiled. That day we purchased an adjustable bed with the Beauty Rest Harmony mattresses.
Its now been approximately three weeks since Raymond and Ben had delivered and set-up the adjustable bed. They did such a great job and explained everything to us, making sure we were happy with the height of the bed and understood the remote functions.
I will say, both my husband and I are very happy with the bed and the Beauty Rest Harmony mattress, we have been sleeping great and not waking up with aches. I will return to DreamLand for any future needs.

We purchased an adjustable bed and mattresses from Dreamland in Myerstown. Upon delivery it was set up by Gary M and Ben H.. Both were not only courteous but very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the adjustable bed.

Ben and Gary did a super job of delivering and setting up my new bed, and taking down and removing the old bed. They were courteous and answered all of my questions about using the new adjustable bed. Jesse had everything I needed at Dreamland in stock. If I need to purchase another bed, I will definitely choose Dreamland. Carolyn

What a horrible experience..... so unhappy with my purchase. Customer service sucks. Owner doesn't care if his customer is happy with their purchase or not, he just tells you there's nothing he can do. One company made the piece and the owner shows you a response from a different company. Never got exactly what I ordered. The owner is not willing to explain and hedoesnt care that my wife HATES the purchase. Jesse doesn't care if customer is happy and doesn't care that we didn't get exactly what we paid for. This place is a nightmare
