He wasn’t pushy and that is nice nowadays. He showed us an alternative that was still gurm and we liked it so much we bought it. Thanks again for your excellent customer service CJ”
“Deborah did very well working within our budget. She was kind and personable. She greeted us at the door with a clipboard and clean sheet of paper to write our wants and needs down and try to get us the best mattress for our price range. She made us comfortable and the whole process easy and stress-free. She broke down our needs to 3 mattresses and we chose the one we liked the best. She got us a great deal on a mattress cover. I do not buy the deals that were claimed that we saved for black Friday. It was in the thousands for a mattress that was not on the display because it was a budget mattress for $594.”
“John sold me my first mattress which got me off the floor in 2022. What I bought was comfortable and amazingly lasted longer than I expected. Now I’m ready for my next mattresses. I called to leave a message on the voicemail after hours and he answered the phone. Took care of my questions and I will be making another purchase within the next month or two. I understand medium to top quality cost a little more lol… The best I can do at this point for the service you have given me is to give you a glowing review. Thank you sir.
BTW… I was quoted a price with delivery and it turned out the mattress I ordered wasn’t available so in my first purchase, I was upgraded. No questions I asked. Can’t say he’ll do it again, but he knew I was sleeping on the floor.”
