The technician was polite and professional. My appointment was on-time and I liked the digital check-in process which was very easy. I plan to use this Quest location whenever I can in the future.

Don't go here, the lady that was helping my boyfriend was high as everything. I could smell it from the waiting room. She also tried to charge my boyfriend $700 for his tests, when we were told by his doctor it wouldn't cost more than $200. She couldn't even remember her OWN phone number for that Quest.

My wait time was only 5 min and the nurse was very nice .I never felt the needle .the nurse is very good at taking blood.

Had an appointment for 830… showed up and the doors were locked, and then at 840 get an email that they were having building maintenance, not sure who the employee is that works there but irresponsible in my opinion as there was no maintenance, they just decided to not show up, never again will I enter this location….Ever

Terrible place!!! Waited almost 2 hours for reg blood work. The tech was rude. I left and went to wellspan. Will never go back! GVe 1 star only cause you can't give none.
