Never had any problems with the storage unit but they increased the rent by $10/month without notifying me. I was there Sunday and the lot was a sheet of ice.

Unfortunately I called and the woman who answered the phone was very short and unfriendly. I was trying to ask a question about their facility and as I was asking the woman cut me off stating, "They did not have any units, SORRY" I was speechless. I am not saying they are always going to be like this but for me being a first time caller, I was very disappointed.
