The only negative I can say is the units with a garage do not have central air. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The units are maintained superbly, any issues which are few are taken care of immediately.

Just renewed my lease. Great place to live. Staff and Maintenance very helpful and pleasant. Don’t mind inspections and notes on door to maintain apartments. Being proactive is a good thing.

Walls are incredibly thin. I hear every sound my neighbors make to include normal conversations. Makes me afraid to talk in my own apartment lest I disturb them.The management is incredibly rude and leaves notes on everyone’s door threatening mass punishment if this or that isn’t done. I will be moving as soon as my lease expires.

Lexington Village Apts is perfect for me. I have been a renter here for 3 years now. I feel very safe here, the management and maintenance personal are always here to help you.There kindness is overwhelming. I have made many friends in my village . We have monthly gatherings such as a picnic with hotdogs and all the trimmings or even guessing how many lollipops in a jar. Management trys to bring the people. I have never lived in a apt. before but I have found the perfect home in my later years. My 3 sons are so happy for their mom. Charlotte Carney apt. 52. .Thank you
