They are nice enough here. They will notarize things for community members for free. Once I went here and felt uncomfortable because they called to check on me when I cashed a check for a refund from a realtor in the area. It wasn't a very large sum of money and I felt the teller called the person who wrote me the check because of how I looked. I complained and they said it was bank policy. I had never had that happen to me before at any bank ever. I have never gone back to that branch for any reason.

Went to the ATM to withdraw a paycheck, the ATM said the money was dispensed, when it was not, the gentleman that works there Nick, he helped us the very next morning, he had calculated the ATM and noticed that the sum that should have been dispensed was still in the ATM greatbanc friendly people great employees.

I have to increase my rating. I still feel the bank itself has some bad policies. Like, they added some new security measures, and as a result part of my money got stuck in an account that I couldn't easily access. But oh wow do the employees go above and beyond to take care of customers. Like, incredible. Fred is absolutely amazing. Fred spent all day helping me get into the account I was locked out of. I didn't ask him to do it. In fact, I didn't even know he was doing it. He just called me at the end of the day to tell me he had spent the entire day solving my problem and that it was fixed. With employees this good, you know the bank must be doing something right. If you go to Bryn Mawr Trust you know you'll be taken care of and valued, and that the employees there will always do their very best for you. Thank you, Fred. I really appreciate how hard you work to take care of customers.

I've been banking here for more than 30 years and would be heartbroken to ever have to go to another bank. The staff is always first-rate, efficient and courteous, and the manager, Joe, does everything in his power to help when there's a problem.

I have been with Royal Bank for over 20 years and there's a reason for the longevity. Royal Bank customers are treated with friendly and knowledgeable service. I have worked with the bank management there on many an occasion and they provide great service from loans to simple transactions. We are within walking distance of the bank and keep a safe deposit box there as well.

The people who work here are incredibly nice, and the service is amazing. That being said, I am so disappointed in the institution itself. I've invested my money with them for over a decade, earning a pitiful .2% rate on my CDs and so forth. Not their fault, that's just the market right now. But why I am so upset is that they quietly upped the minimums on all their account types, and began charging a preposterous $10 per month "maintenance fee" on all accounts now below the minimum. Before I noticed what was happening, they took more money out of one of my accounts than I had earned from all my accounts in 10 years of interest. I asked nicely and they refused to refund it. I've let Royal Bank earn money off of my money for 10 years, and have less money to show for it than when I started.
