Rebekah and the team were phenomenal— such great communication and care. And the work on the car is exceptional! The theft of our car was terrible, but we felt so much better once we had it back and it seemed like new. We have always found Calibers to be excellent, but this one is clearly the best among them.

Great experience from start to finish! Rebekah did a great job coordinating timing for the work on my vehicle and they were able to get it done earlier than expected. In addition, received daily texts/calls giving me status updates. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Calliber many times and have always found them great. This time, however, there were spots/drips on the speedometer glass….which turned out couldn’t be easily removed.
I called Calliber and friendly as usually they asked me to bring it in when convenient. They checked the car, tried unsuccessfully to remove it, and then offered me a new glass piece.
Things happen sometimes. Their quick response and solution are what keeps me thinking they are great.

Good morning, it's March 7th 2025. I have dealt with y'all company before and y'all did a very good job on my vehicle but this time I get something went wrong.
Now change the hood on my vehicle, and it's not lined up correctly it's a big gap on one side.
And on the other side, it's really close together to fender and when I bought it back to y'all pretty much, you told me it's nothing that y'all can do about it. So I hope this gets your attention and make it right
