Would give them negative stars if possible.Tellers literally lie to you on the phone, tell you something different when in person and manager just doesn’t want to do their job. What few good tellers that were left are gone now and it surely shows from their lack of customer service.

My experience was very different than the other reviewer"s.Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful.Arsi, the woman I worked closely with (a complicated transaction) was patient, professional and knowledgeble. She truely went above and beyond!

Excellent customer service! Gaby is such a helpful teller and went outside and showed me how to deposit a check at the ATM.
