For grooming, clients report wonderful experiences. The groomers are skilled and professional, providing excellent, beautiful trims and cuts that leave pets looking shiny, handsome, clean, fresh, and absolutely adorable. The grooming process is noted for being considerate of pet comfort. Each pet goes into a private grooming room for service done straight through without breaks spent in a kennel, and pets are not forced into a crate while waiting. This approach has helped pets with prior distrust or anxiety become comfortable. The shop also supports an animal rescue called Save Me, doing good work in the community. Customers are thrilled and satisfied, recommending the shop and stating it is worth every penny.

The facility was clean. The personnel was professional and friendly. I had 2 puppies groomed. I was very satisfied with one of them, however; not as satisfied with the older one. However, I will be trying one of the other locations
