The facility was clean. The personnel was professional and friendly. I had 2 puppies groomed. I was very satisfied with one of them, however; not as satisfied with the older one. However, I will be trying one of the other locations

I took my mini Golden doodle for a grooming. She was really anxious when I picked her up. Two days later while petting her I felt bumps and scabs all over and seemed in pain. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

I have now had two wonderful experiences with Vincent. The first grooming was for a dog that was found on the street, and he was taken to several groomers prior to Vincent, where he was nipping? Biting? I informed Vincent, and he reassured me everything would go smoothly, and it did!!! Eli received a great cut. Zoey was long overdue for a cut and received a beautiful trim, and Vincent plucked all the hair from her ears, really an incredible job. Added pictures Zoey is black, Eli white. I can not say enough great things about Vincent's professionalism and skill. I am so thankful I found him. Thank you Vincent.

$100 for the groomer to completely shave off Olive’s Yorkie beard.. It’s the second time in a row it’s happened despite very specific instructions. I do not recommend!!

I am THRILLED with the grooming service Felicia provided for my kitty!He hasn’t been groomed since our favourite groomer closed last year, and it’s been hard finding somewhere new. We tried one large pet store, but it was a nightmare environment for cats (wall of stainless kennels like a shelter, incredibly loud with portable AC units blowing full blast, dogs barking, cats crying…).In contrast, this DSP was perfect! Each furry client goes right into their own private grooming room, and their service is done straight through without “breaks” spent in a kennel. My boy got an excellent report card, and looks shiny and handsome! ?⬛Photo: he’s tuckered out from his big day out!

Love, love, LOVE this place. My poor girl has been cut when getting her nails trimmed before, so she had a MASSIVE distrust with anyone touching her paws. ? She no longer has that issue after going here for some time. Every groomer I've had always cuts her hair so well! It's like I'm fan girling over my pup every time since she always comes out so clean, fresh, and absolutely adorable!They get bonus points since they don't force my baby into a crate. Ive learned the hard way that she's crate aggressive and is much more comfortable waiting around for her mama to pick her up.I can't recommend this shop enough! They are worth every penny! ❤️

Every time I have been there they are very well stocked. If they are out of something you need they will happily get it for you. The staff is always friendly and helpful too. I love the fact they support an animal rescue called Save Me. Now we need to support Doggie Style so they can continue to do good work in the community.

Employees did not say hi and were not very friendly towards me, the groomers did not treat the dogs well and glared at me rudely when I walked by them. Was very disappointed.

I took my dog here for pet grooming and was highly disappointed in my dogs’ cut but also the lack of customer service when I called to address what they didn’t do correctly in his grooming. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back. I spent over $100 for my 8.3 pound bichpoo puppy. I won’t be back. Nope! Zero stars…do NOT recommend

Although I cannot buy their basic food here, we lucked and found all the additives that go with their diet. The staff is outstanding. They will go the extra mile to meet your needs. A joy to shop here.

A few friends of mine had recommended the grooming here so I managed to get my young Alaskan Malamute in for an appointment via their waitlist. All in all I paid about $150 for their grooming service (plus a tip) and I have to admit, I'm not at all impressed by what I paid vs what I received.I went for the 51-75lb long hair Neat N' Up service with a furminator add-on and a free cologne spritz. On the website, the Neat N' Up is said to include, "Bath n' Brush service, face feet, sanitary paw/pad trim, nail trim, and ear cleaning." The first thing I noticed when I picked my pup up was that they didn't do the cologne spritz. Ok, it was a free add-on, no biggie. But when I got home I realized that his nails hadn't been trimmed, which was super annoying considering that was one of the reasons I wanted to get him groomed in the first place and, when I checked my online receipt to confirm the package I picked was supposed to include nails, I saw that I had been charged an additional $15 for brush-outs on top of the $25 furminator (x3 brush-outs at $5 a piece).Listen, I have a malamute, I know he's got a lot of hair, but we're talking about a $95 package that is supposed to include brushing, on top of a $25 furminator brush-out, also needed another $15 of brushing? Plus, at no time on the phone or in-person, did anyone indicate they'd been unable to do any services because of his attitude. He's total baby but even the sweetest dogs can get antsy at the groomers, so I had asked how he behaved and no one raised any flags. Overall he's clean and had obviously had some brushing done but you'd think he'd be show-dog ready with everything I was charged for. Store is cute, staff was friendly, but the grooming is not at all worth it.

It was my puppy's first grooming and I loved the way Arlinda did him. She took her time with him, even though Cairo was anxious and wanted to play the whole time.
