Extremely bad service;A year ago they made me stand in a line for card to get service when it was raining and in the end refuse because i was not in a carToday i walked in to make some changes and they refused to provide me service because because i must schedule an appointment as the agents didn't have any clients with them.the worst PNC branch ever.

Horrible branch. Poorly trained, inefficient and unprofessional tellers. Unable to answer questions. Parking is a mess. Drive through is a mess.

Extremely horrible service. I usually bank in Philly with the same branch for the last 16 years . I happened to live 3 minutes from this one in suburbs. Third time in the last 18th months I have to go to this Branch for a rush transactions but always a terrible experience!!!

As a Senior and a widow I am so grateful to have found this bank. Cedric Bembry has been incredibly helpful and clear. He has guided me well through many difficult transfers and questions. Following his expert advice I am confident that I have made sound decisions for now and for the future.I always feel as though I am treated personally as well as professionally.There is rarely a wait and it is a comfortable atmosphere.

First I must say that before you even walk into the bank, you are greeted by trash debris and a filthy door. There are two people working, 1 teller and a representative. The teller is taking care of a woman at her window and the drive thru. The representative is on his computer. There's 5 people ahead of me in line. I peek in and ask the rep if I can get into my safe deposit box and find out that someone else is waiting also.I called in advance to see if I needed an appointment and was told no, just come over. Why didn't the girl just say that they were busy. I left.Not professional, not good. Going to Republic. HorribleCustomer service was great up until 2 years ago

I called with one of those questions that is hard to answer on a website. I called the branch and Kelly looked up the answer quickly. She was pleasant and helpful...exactly what I would hope for when calling my bank of 15 years.

When I called to make an appt., the individual on the phone was nice and helpful. Next day I was seen promptly at my appt. time. Jeanine managed all of my transactions and paperwork promptly, courteously and with a smile. Great place, nice employees, excellent service.

Deplorable customer service. After banking with PNC for 20 years, I moved. I watched what used to be a good bank lose its relationship edge only see its account holders has ways to generate fees fees and more fees- especially when you aren't looking. I have been moved from one product to another only to realize that the high turnover at this branch has enabled them to say "oh, let's update you and put you in this other product which is better for you". What's really happening here are fees on you and some kind of credit to the new green wet behind the ears PNC employee. Over the years, I have had to be vigilant to make sure that fees which were never supposed to be applied or waived were in fact not apply and were in fact waived. I have had to business hours to go and ask PNC to remove these fees and the reoccurrence of fees to be sweetly apologized to and for it to happen all over again. BANK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
