One big mistake. The worst haircut and color I have ever gotten. I paid $280 for curly cut and front hair highlights. The products that were used for my curls gave me scalp irritation, so I had to wash my hair. Then I realized my hair was butchered, randomly cut pieces of hair, it absolutely looks awful, uneven and unmanageable.
I do not recommend this salon.
I do not usually write bad reviews, but I felt I had to.
Update:
I am glad you pointed out I was charged for a full head highlights because I ended up with partial (front) highlights only. Please check this with your stylist. She will be able to confirm this.
I would appreciate the adjustment of the price for partial highlights and a refund.

I noticed you conveniently switched your description of charges from full to partial highlights. I am glad I still have your original message saying that you charged me for full head highlights ( I included a screenshot of your original message).
So not only your staff is underperforming but also you are dishonest and overcharging your customers. Shame on you!

Only posting this because my review from some time ago was taken down. Everyone here is super nice but I’d caution people with very curly hair to come here for blowouts. I paid close to 80 dollars for my cousins wedding for a blowout and I asked the stylist if he is able to blow dry curly hair well and he told me he used to work in NYC and has dealt with lots of different curls. My roots were curly and I was utterly shocked at the work. My hair was very frizzy and the ends barely straight. I tried straightening it myself when I got home right before the wedding but ultimately ended up having to wash my hair and wear my curls. I was so disappointed in the time and money wasted.

I travel from North Jersey a couple times a year - that’s all it takes! - to have Trinh, the newly crowned Tendril Expert, cut my hair but then more importantly, shape then style my curls. She then shows me how to do it myself and I get strangers complimenting my hair (a first) for the months until I get down to Narberth again. Trinh is a secret I want to share with anyone who’s fought the frizz their entire lives. I feel so lucky and can’t wait to get back to her before the holidays!

I have curly hair and asked for a short trim to cut off the split ends with a little more shaping in the back and got something completely different.
I have gotten a haircut here once before and i absolutely loved it; it was well shapen and met my requests but was a little on the short side, which i had expected since beforehand i hadnt gotten a haircut in 3-ish years due to distrust with stylists...
... I came back a second time, excited to get another amazing haircut and was left crying afterwards.
Again-- when i came in, i asked for a small trim to cut off the split ends with some shaping in the back. I also decided that i trusted the stylist enough to try to cut my bangs as well, but i mentioned to keep the hair around my face long (I like the way it lines my face longer, and i love it when my front hair is around the length of my back hair).
At first, i loved the look of the haircut and i mentioned that i could already see the difference due to how it was still long yet also was well shapen. Then, the sides started getting much shorter. I mentioned to the stylist how i wanted her to only cut a thin layer for my bangs since thats how i like it - but she did the opposite. At this point, at least 2-4 inches were already cut from the majority of my hair and i thought the cutting would be over; she was already about to wash my hair and i thought that was all that would be left.
!! I will mention, the haircut itself is great. It just isn't at all what i asked for; the layering is beautiful, nothing is choppy, etc. The big issue is that it isn't what i asked for. If you are fine with getting your hair cut short, i recommend her, i am just sharing my experience! !!
After washing my hair, the stylist was still cutting and I had to start holding back my tears. My hair was dry now, and somehow eveb shorter than the previous haircut (i waited ≈7 months for a new haircut so there was plently growth and my hair if uncoiled was below my chest. After the initial haircut it was up to the upper middle of my chest when uncoiled). My hair density was lower, short on the sides of my bangs which i had told her not to do, and when i got home to check my uncoiled hair could only reach the top of my chest. I didn't want to be rude, so i told her that i loved it and gave a good tip. The haircut itself was good, but my confidence fell down the drain. I lost 7 months of hair. My dream is to have thick, long hair that goes down to my lower waist or longer, and now i have to start from square one again. Especially now that it is getting more humid, my hair is going to look so so much shorter.
I'm very grateful for the effort that the stylist has put into my hair, but it is not what i asked for and i feel like my confidence has diminished severely. I just turned 16 and now i feel as though i look like im 12. I finally thought i could come to a trustworthy stylist, and now i have to search the market yet again. I apologize if this comes off as rude, i am just in a very emotional state now and i cant look at myself anymore without feeling at a loss. Again, this stylists technique is amazing so please dont refrain from coming to her, i just didn't get the haircut that i asked for.

From the moment you walk in your greeted with smiles and a feeling of being at home. Hector cut my hair and did exactly what I asked with flawless execution. He provided a great service all around, positive vibes and great conversation. This is a salon you wished you found years ago!
Trinh and Luc make me feel like family! The whole salon staff are extremely pleasant and I highly recommend anyone try this salon out. True professionals and masters at their craft.Thank you for such a great experience!

I went to get the back of my head cleaned up and ended up with an uneven cut/line. They let me leave the salon looking like in that photo. I went back after and to adjust that huge mistake they had no choice to cut more hair and raised the back line even further up.
It took me years to get my hair long enough so I can do a hair cut I love, but now the back looks awful (it almost looks like half of it is shaved)! This is not what I wanted and I am extremely disappointed!! I used to be kind of satisfied the few times I went to this salon but this was the last time, will never go there again

This is the best salon for a curly haircut! Trinh really helped me change up the look for my hair when I came in looking for something fresh and new. The last photo shows my hair before (long, loose wavy/curly hair), kind of honey colored. The next photo shows my natural hair color and the in progress cut before dye/style. Then you can see how she diffused it in the salon, and how I chose to blow it out in the coming days. The wolf cut ended up being so cute and I love the color, thanks Trinh!

Stylist cut my hair while taking breaks from styling (coloring?) someone else's hair! At some point I had hair clips holding my hair in front of my eyes for more than 10 minutes. Haircut lasted almost hour and a half when it should have been 45 min. Not what you would expect for an $85 haircut.

My wife and my son frequent this salon. My wife has been a customer for just under 25 years! I recently went to purchase a gift certificate and the staff treated me like family. They are the best. My wife always comes home so happy. As does my son.
