Kim called me she was so nice and looked into the situation. My neighbor had picked up my package holding them in her unit, she didn’t tell me she had them for 2 days. I have my packages and thank you Kim for taking the time investigating trying to locate my packages.”

“I went to UPS Folsom to ship a package and was pleasantly surprised to learn they also offer printing services. The staff was incredibly helpful and put together a book for me using both color and black-and-white pages in about an hour and a half. “We used the notary services here and had a really great experience. Quinton, the owner, was super welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with all of our signatures and paperwork.
We actually hadn’t realized that our documents required a witness beyond the notary (our fault!), but Quinton was kind enough to have one of his employees act as a witness. We really appreciated the extra effort to make sure everything was taken care of.

He also is the best person to go to for anything that needs to be notarized! He pays close attention to detail while looking over your forms! I am a frequent customer because of his customer service and care.”
“After a laughably bad experience trying to return an Amazon package at Staples, I came here for attempt #2. Another customer was using the self-serve return kiosk, so the man behind the counter waved me over and helped me immediately even though I would have been fine to wait. I was in and out in 20 seconds. Great customer service!”
“I ordered my print online beforehand at Campus Copy Center. I emailed Anthony back and forth before coming. When I showed up, it was ready, which I really appreciated. At first, I wasn’t totally happy with the color quality, but Anthony helped me right away and fixed the issue super quickly and easily.
He was honestly so helpful and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. The price was also a lot lower than Staples, which was a huge plus. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely return and recommend them. Anthony made it so easy and comfortable, especially for someone like me who had no idea what they were doing.”
“I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”
“I stopped by this UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the parking, which can be a little difficult depending on the time of day. Other than that, the drop-off process was easy and convenient.
Overall, a good location for Amazon returns and shipping with friendly service.”
“Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful.
Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location.

“I initially contacted them to get a quote packaging a lamp I bought at an Auction for shipping across the US and am very glad I ran across them! Everyone I spoke to there was very responsive and knowledgeable with my query. Not only did they expertly pack the crystal lamp, which arrived in one piece, they managed to disassemble it slightly, saving me a lot of money. And plus their overall packaging price was significantly more cost effective than the UPS Store quoted. “The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time.
She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best.

“This was my 1st time using Navis pack & ship & it won’t be my last !! They showed extra care for giant my crystals . Navis came in like “a knight in shining armor” .. They took the job last minute . My moving company who said they could do it , backed out at the last minute , the day that I closed & had to be out of my house for the new owners to move in.. of course I panicked & then by brother called Navis in Los Angeles, we spoke to Elin Perez , she said they were about to close & then , said “don’t worry we’ll be there in 20 min” .. They came right away , got the crystals , crated them up & shipped them out from Los Angeles to their sister store on the east coast . This is where it gets juicy!! In comes Dan Cramer , Owner & boss man of (Navis Pack & Ship #PA1104) , not only did Dan come in like the greatest super hero of all times , he eased all of my concerns about how we were going to get my 1800 pound geode through the front door if my new home ..Dan delivered , No drama , no chaos , just a new platform for my giant geode & an easy move for my precious stones !! I am beyond grateful for Elin , Dan and the fellas on his team !! If I ever had to move anything again , I’m definitely calling Navis Pack & Ship !! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has something that they hold dear and near their hearts , that needs to be shipped and handled with care !! Call Navis , They are literally the best !!!!
