“I've never had better, quicker or more efficient services. I was just about at the end of my rope after a severe hacking. Reassured over the phone that my computer could be repaired. I remained skeptical as The Mcafee people told me (even though I have just about every protection they offer that I would need to buy more and the cost would be 750.00 A day later I received a message that my computer was fixed and ready for pickup. I didn't even know that I was still under warranty and believe me I will make sure I stay that way. Even MacAfee told me I'd have to pay another 750 bucks to have it fixed. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ANY OTHER STORE! Without a doubt- in this scamming, pirate world- this place came through!”

“I had a wonderful experience ordering my passport thanks to Kurt. I walked into this post office early Saturday morning on 3/16/23. I took a chance because I did not have an appointment. Kurt asked me if I had all my documents (which I did), and then told me he would be right back.He walked away for literally only a minute, came right back, and started the process of ordering my passport. He was super quick but extremely thorough during this process. Kurt did not miss a beat. He was very patient and kind as well. I was dreading having to make this visit (to any post office) because many years ago when I obtained my first passport, it took what felt like hours in line to order it. Well, I was in and out within 10-15 minutes tops, maybe less.Thanks Kurt! Excellent customer service from start to finish. :)”

“Satisfied customer at this location for years. Special shout-out to the print/business services department. They have produced high-quality posters, business cards, newsletters and flyers with short turnaround time and the best prices. Their UPS shipping services are very convenient, since the parking lot is huge. When I managed a nonprofit, we got furniture,supplies and essentials (coffee fixings) for a great price.They now have an Amazon locker in-store for pickups. They also accept free customer drop offs for Amazon returns. Their online order and pick up service is also fast and easy.”

“I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!”

“i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”

“I was so out of my comfort zone when I went inside to make copies & send faxes. I had no idea how to accomplish this task & was feeling somewhat anxious. Another patron sled if she was able to offer assistance but found we were both stumped with the process of choosing correct settings to fax the items. I asked the female counter person to assist & she was very helpful, providing step by step guidance. The atmosphere is very business and it gets crowded but everyone was very pleasant & patient although everything moves rather quickly. I would most definitely recommend this business for anyone that would like to use business services at all.”

See, I am a party planner for a large property and need my items to be exactly how I perceive them. “I stopped in on the morning of Feb. 10, 2024 to buy a battery for my cordless phone. I had been told on the phone that Staples might and might not have a matching battery. I brought the phone in since I didn't even know how to open the battery hatch. When I bought it at Staples about eight years ago, I never touched the battery. It's only now that it is slowing down. Tech supervisor Cliff found a matching battery and replaced it. He was both efficient and courteous at a time when he was busy with a couple of customers. What a relief to get the right battery and have someone put it in.”

It is the most efficient UPS Store I have ever used in any city and state I have ever lived in. The store manager, Shirley, works miracles daily to keep their lines down! I am in there often making returns (Amazon Prime member here), and I have never waited longer than five minutes when Shirley was there (and my line placement was at the front door once!).I will be moving soon; it made me realize I have taken my local UPS Store for granted. “I am genuinely sad I will no longer be using the Spring Garden Fedex. For no other reason aside from the fact I moved. I use Fedex 5-6/7 days a week for my small business, and have gone to just about every Fedex in a 10 mile radius...Nothing even comes close to the type of customer service and genuine people this location has.Dave (the manager) might be one of the hardest working people I've ever met. I've seen him in there running the store solo, 5 people in line, someone at the printer, and somehow we're all out of there in under 2 minutes. And I'm sure if he see's this, he wont even take the credit for being a big part of why the store is so great, and he'll say something like, "it's because we have an awesome team." Well Dave, yes, the team is great! But your coaching wins championships!Over the past few years, I had the privilege of getting to know basically every staff member. Some have come and go, but my Day 1's are the sole reason I am even writing this review...So to Mika, Sabirah, Mona, Linette, and Yolanda. Ladies, I cannot thank you enough for making me feel like family. You put a smile on my face every morning and every evening. My Fedex trips are not even close to the same without you all. I hope you know how much I appreciate everything you guys did in making me feel like more then a customer.Every morning and every evening I was greeted with a genuine "hello" or "how was your day?" and i'm not talking about the fake Chik Fil A robot type of greeting, I mean everyone really cared!Over the last 2ish years, I'd seen some of the rudest patrons snap on these incredible people for no reason! Like it's their fault your package is a day late or make up the shipping prices? Anyway, once the next customer was up, it was as if nothing had happened...Frankly, I don't know if I would have enough will power to not hop the counter and ship a customers face overnight express (uninsured).At peak rush, there was always 2 registers moving the line lightning fast. If someone was having trouble on the printers/copiers, help was there before the customer could even turn around and ask.I hope this long review doesn't get skipped over by those looking for a reputable, friendly, and fast location. If I wasn't an hour away, I'd still use this location. Because you won't find another with people like this.To the incredible people of 1816 SG Fedex, Thank you for everything!”
