I had a pleasant experience with my passport appt. I was in and out in 20 mins. I scheduled an appt and arrived 5 mins before it was scheduled. He took my passport photo for me and I came with all my documents and payment methods ready. Employee was nice, explained everything thoroughly and was quick. Thank you!

I have always found this post office and Tony my mail carrier to be efficient and pleasant. Most of the posted low ratings are about passport services not normal post office business.

Kurt is the absolute BEST! We have gone to Narbeth post office twice for new passports and renewals and have had the best experience. He is extremely efficient and unbelievably kind. Thank you Kurt!!!!!
