They have lots of activities to participate in. It looks kind of run down. They could put some money into it too make it look better.

I try to get to Silver Sneakers at least twice a week. This is a good YMCA in a great location. They have several gymnasiums a pool couple of weight rooms a sauna and a big parking lot.

Seems like a standard YMCA. The workers and instructors are great. Seems a little outdated, but feel that's the norm with YMCA, they do have a nice sauna and steam room.
