Cashiers should really have headsets……..and have name tags so you can say their name in your complaint. I guess she was a manager. Who knows talks extremely fast and wasnt wearing a shirt like the others do. Will shop at other store locations from now on.

Long wait in line but they had what I needed and were helpful and held chairs that I wanted for me to pick up. Manager was great ?

Was looking for a rug and there were plenty in stock (and on sale too)! Workers were also very helpful with taking a return that I had.

The furniture sales woman was amazing. So helpful, sorry I can't remember her name. Was surprised at the variety, quality and price of furniture.

The store was nice and is clean and organized. However I was met by a super rude check out lady !!! I believe her name was Courtney. I understand being short staffed and busy but honestly no reason for her attitude. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Someone should talk to her about how to act around customers.

The store layout is nice but their prices are not. $1,000.00 for a couch! It is not cheap like it used to be, therefore I won't be going there anymore. I can find better deals elsewhere
