“On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional.On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. “Lumber prices are now 300% higher because of inflation but there is one factor with this company. Quality. I bought horrible boards from Lowe’s and Busy Beaver within the last week and they were absolute garbage. This is the only place where where you can get your money’s worth. If you appreciate quality, this is your place.”
