Just left… the lady that checked me out acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life. Considering a lot of brick and mortar shops are going out of business, you would think a business would be a bit more caring. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the store is clean and the pharmacy manager is always sweet and kind.

Worst pharmacy ever. Rushed here to get meds before they close for lunch but they closed a few minutes early. Won't get my meds in time now before we leave for a trip. Always have issues here. Years of poor service... I'm going to find somewhere else.

They need to fix there website that’s been down for days now! Rewards are not accessible so it makes them a scam at best! Employees are great their system sucks though!

Never has the phone line open, not clear communication with me or the prescribing doctor after having issues. It's very inconvenient and they need to do better. Says leave a voicemail, we've left multiple. So has the doctor.

CVS is a friendly place and has chips an just about everything else you'd need for a quick trip an pharmacy personal are knowledgeable in what they sell over the counter.

Kim Baker..the store manager at the CVS on California av. In Natrona heights..is the best manager..at any other CVS pharmacy in the tri state area..she is the reason people shop at this CVS location..she is very knowledgeable..courteous..and always puts the customer first.

I'm only giving a 1 because zero isn't an option. This location is so incredibly rude in the pharmacy. I can't believe anyone does business with them. My daughter got out of the hospital and I was helping fill her prescriptions. They are zero help and act very annoyed that you are even there. Absolute worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.

This store is closed permanently. The new one is located at 1003 California St about 1/2 mile away.

I stopped by specifically to get a flu shot which I had not scheduled in advance but the pharmacy technician was very helpful in giving me the shot in a timely manner. Also picked up some specials and the associate at the register was able to find my reward card information and update it for future visits. Lots of good buys to be had.
