I want to start out with not all of this is for this particular bank but it's system. However a lot of this review does pertain to this particular bank. So The system is constantly going down and I am unable to perform online banking because of the system not working. In the process I use all my attempts thinking that I am using the wrong password then get locked out of my account because their system isn't working. I could see maybe a time or two a year but it seems like this is happening a few times a week. Why even have online banking then if you can't even access it. Had to stop at this branch to transfer money. The ATM wouldn't do it for me and told me that I had to go inside. Then the teller inside I had to argue with because he kept trying to take the money out of my business account instead of my personal savings account. When I went to go use the money later that day it said inadequate funds, I have spent the next four hours trying to unlock my account which is pointless to see where the money went. So I have no idea where the money went that he transferred and can not access my accounts. Also after they closed down the Sarver branch some how they changed the zip code that I live. Haven't been able to figure out to what and all they keep telling me is that is not possible and won't even check it for me. Another time they deactivated my debt card because of a possible breach of my information. (correct thing to do). However it took them 2 weeks to send me a new card. I have direct deposit and couldn't even get to my money. I am seriously thinking about switching banks. I have had nothing but headaches with the banking system and can't afford to keep wasting hours upon hours with their systems.

Bobbi, Justine, and Tony were the nicest people I’ve ever had to deal with and made me feel welcome and gave great advice.

I’ve had problems with this bank for about a year now. The new workers are rude and do not help you what so ever. I miss the old workers, Olga was my favorite. I called and asked to get my account cancelled 2 weeks ago and the girl “forgot” and when I called they said it was my fault. Do not recommend this bank in Natrona Heights.

I love the workers at this location. I have been with this bank nearly 40 years but after moving to their new location going to this bank is a complete hassle. The Drive-Thru is a complete mess!!!!!! Only has one lane for teller and one for ATM. The lanes are entirely to close together. If there are cars in the teller line, it's nearly impossible to get to the ATM machine and vise versa. There is only one access into the parking lot and it requires you to fight thru ATM and teller lanes to get out!!!!! This is not a safe driving environment for elderly customers. After all these years, I am leaving FCB. What a shame.Update: An additional teller lane has been opened.

Stay clear of this bank. Fees and arrogant management won't work with you. Its all about their money they can pull out from you. I secured a business loan with First Commonwealth with the up front assurance from an officer of their bank that if I paid my loan off early with personal funds there would be no prepayment penalty of 2%. When I went to pay the loan early there are stubbornly mandating their 2% early payoff fee and won't honor what their employee promised. Went to the president and she dug her heels in and would not honor what her employee promised. She was actually quite rude . I have never been late on a payment, always honored their frequent request for personal and financial requests (big hassle) and paid 4+ years of high interest to be treated so poorly. Go to PNC they are an honorable bank that stands behind their promisses. First Commonwealth does not and will extort as much as possible from a customer. I would give them a negative five stars if possible.

This bank recently moved from 1880 Heights Plz, Natrona Heights, PA to 4021 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA (The Highlands Mall / Wal-Mart Plaza) and will open on 9/9/2019. Same great service at a new location!
