Brought my son in for a haircut and was treated terribly by the woman doing it. She clearly didn't want to be the one to cut his hair and she had a bad attitude about it the entire time. She was getting mad at him for being afraid of the experience and made several rude comments about it. She never once even tried to talk to him or make him feel better. She just rushed us through the haircut to get him out of the chair. It looks terrible. It's crooked and she missed a whole bunch of pieces.I contacted them to express my upset over the experience and ask for a refund and I keep getting passed along and ignored.Don't take your kids here or yourself here unless you want to be made to feel like a burden just for getting your haircut.
