I came here for an oil change, and like a fool I didn't check that they did the work. $65 for absolutely nothing, my old oil (black) was still in the vehicle.
Will not go back.

Highland Integrity did a fantastic job on my 1980 truck. It drives nice & straight. They also did another truck of mine last month. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend them for your alignment needs.

We took my friends car to get a oil change as well as an alignment and the staff there where very professional! When she was called ti pick the car up the man at the counter was super friendly and kind while we where checking out and he even gave us flowers, I put them in a vase as they are very pretty. Would definitely recommend having services done here as they are super professional and kind!!!

I’ve shopped here time after time and had no issues with service… until today. The last time I purchased tires from Highland, I called the day before to see if an appointment was needed. The gentleman told me that I could just stop in without one. Today I needed an alignment and rotation, so I drove 25 mins without an appointment to do just that. I was met with a cold, dismissive gentleman who told me I needed an appointment. So I left with an “appointment” for Monday and visited the Flynn’s Tire that is five minutes from my house and was in and out within an hour. If you’re going to have policies requiring appointments or not requiring them, that should be made clear. You used to have stellar customer service… so much for that. I won’t be going out of my way to support this business any longer.

I had an alignment done here awhile back. The car still tracked off to the right on a Mercedes they rechecked it and still it tracked to the right. I found out later on it was a bad tire on the right front causing the problem. Mounted new tires problem gone. Very professional shop.

I went it to get my right rear breaks and rotar and break caliber done and all I can say is they did a great job and had great customer service
