My husband and I went for pedicures. It was perfect. The technicians are great and work like slaves. The next day I notice one nail just needed a touch of polish. I went back and was treated so cruel I was shocked. She stooped, filed my toenail and said you can go. All I wanted was a touch of polish, maybe she did not understand. I said I spent $120 yesterday and was told we don't care what you spent. Then the yelling, shouting, You stubbed your toe!!! They were not busy. A drop of polish? The true customer service came out that day.

Do not go to this place I called they told me to come right away and I sat there for 45 minutes and then they proceeded to tell me another 1520 minutes wasted an hour of my day

I got the express pedicure and just a simple set of acrylics… the pedicure was perfect fine but the acrylics bro….
let me just say i did go on a busy night , but also I had an appointment so i was expecting him to rush on my nails seeing how i had an appointment, but omg did he rush , i do not remember the name of the guy I had but he was yelling at everyone he came through the door and would yell at me when I wasn’t moving my hand fast enough for him.I just got a simple set of white acrylics which is normal hard to mess up but im lowkey disappointed, they are uneven and bumpy , they have air bubbles in them , and they just don’t look right to me, I did take these photos a little late so they are slightly grown out but regardless, all I have to say is if I had an appointment im expecting you to take your time and do the job right , he was more focused on people walking through the door then my nails , I paid $137 for both the manicure and pedicure. Again I understand that it got busy after I got there , but im also paying you to do this… not sure if id go again sadly

Best place in the area by far! The staff are amazing and attentive—from the techs and owner, to the receptionist Mike. They have recently updated the salon and it looks so beautiful. It’s always super clean and comfortable. I’ve been coming here for a year and have no complaints, and have even brought my daughter here for a kids pedicure, which she absolutely loved. Highly recommend! I personally go to Lisa for my nails and Tom for pedicures! But the other techs are fabulous as well. Pictures truly do not do them justice, so go see for yourself ❤️

They didn’t do what my girlfriend wanted and it was priced at 150 for a full set but taken down to 140 but even that price is absurd 150 would have been fine if they did what I paid for my girlfriend told them to do solid because they kept messing up the original idea

Siu does such an excellent job on my nails. I am very rough on my nails and tend to break them off within the first week or two. Two weeks after I had her apply my acrylics, I barely had any lifting at the base. Truly durable nails.
She is also able to get them super sharp, which is how I like them.

Recently got my nails done for a Bills game I was going to and Andy did a great job! He gave me exactly what I wanted and took his time with the complicated checkered pattern. I’ve been going here for a while now and have always had a good experience!

I had my nails done here a couple times when I'm here visiting PA. First time they gave me exactly what I wanted. It was a pink to white ombre. I went again recently and was NOT disappointed. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and they helped pick out the red they felt was a match. And it was. They did an amazing job on both my hands and feet and came out just like the refrence photo of what I wanted. They completed a matte red with gloss tips for both my hands and feet. Absolutely obsessed with the the finished product. Seriously they are amazing. I definitely recommend them.

Nail elegance is the best local place to get your nails done! They are kind, clean, and do a wonderful job. Their pricing is competitive and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Highly suggest.
