I love the convenience to home! The staff is great - I never have to wait! And I have difficult veins when having blood taken, but the staff is usually ALWAYS able to get my blood drawn quite easily!

Been trying to schedule appt for days. Problem with your scheduling site and can't get to a live person. I think I'm just going to hospital cuz this is ridiculous.

The 1st phlebotomist was the most unpleasant medical professional I've ever encountered and I'm 71 years old. She couldn't draw blood. The second one was great and we had no problem. I took my 12 yr old for bloodwork and told them she has very small veins. She has been in the hospital 13 days in the last 2 months.

I was a walk-in. In and out in less than ten minutes. Check in was easy and phlebotomist was very nice and experienced.

My phlebotomist was the best! I’ve had a lot of bloodwork this year, and the one I had in Natrona heights was fantastic and better than the ones at UPMC. So thankful I had a painless experience. 10/10

The Lab Technician was very friendly & provided thorough explanations of the blood tests I was getting. Wait time and collection times were fine. Location is very convenient.

I don't like using the key osk to check in because I feel more secure talking to someone face to face. Also I don't trust where you scan front and back of my drivers license when using key osk because too many people in waiting room that can get your information while machine is taking so long to scan it plus it can be hacked. It is not a good privacy practice. It just eliminates jobs.

Make it easy on yourself !!! The secret to in and out in this place is scheduling your appointment. Don't take it out on the technicians if you don't.

I pre-registered and was taken in within 1 minute. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I was actually in and out before my appointment time! Very pleased with the entire process. I have been there before and I will use them again.
