Totally done with this place! I tried to be loyal for many many years because my sister-in-law works for Rite Aid. But no more! Today was the last straw to do that picked up. The Phone was as rude as could be, they have recently stopped carrying one of my wife’s prescriptions, And then when she tried to switch over to another pharmacy, they tried to block it stating that she could get the rest of her prescriptions filled here and then go to a different pharmacy for that other one. Ridiculous! As I stated, the guy on the phone today was so rude, that was the last straw.

Had no problem with this rite aid location, they always emailed me when my prescriptions were ready and sometimes within 3-4 hours the same day. Alway friendly and helpful. Very professional too

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Pharmacist Randy Dandy cannot do the job. Maybe they need to close this store asap. Can't even transfer rxs correctly. Pathetic and a disgrace to the profession.

This place is terrible. Went to pick up meds. And the told me I couldn't come back to this store and told me I will never be allowed to come back in. The pharmacist was very rude infront of my kid and fiance.

Absolutly the worst service I have ever seen pharmasist is very rude they do not know what they are even doing in my opinion I think they need to be shut down no wonder noone wants to work for them

Very rude pharmacist there Took them 3 months to take me off auto re-fills from a doctor I haven’t had for awhile Then they have the nerve to accuse me of yelling at some tech that never even happenedMake sure you skip this place as they get mad at you when they have to do their job and spread stories about good customers that never happened ☹️

Fast, friendly, timely & accurate. Associates are very nice and the store is clean & attractive. Parking is abundant. Location is good because it is near other businesses I frequent.
