So for starters I go here because I’m in a wheelchair and the drive thru is convenient it’s a hassle dragging the wheelchair in and out. However, They constantly forget toppings annd sides and never give me a receipt so when I go back or call they refuse to fix the issue. I usually let it go because it’s not worth the hassle but today I spent the last $6 i had on 2 energy drinks because a guys going through some hardships in life. The guy gave me one and I asked for the other one and he argued tooth and nail that I only ordered one. They’re $3.59 a piece and $5.35 for 2 with a sheetz card. I showed him the transaction on my card and he still argued. He said in the computer it said he only rang one up. Yes. You only rang one up but I paid for 2 before you only rang one up… it’s not even about the money it’s the principle and this being the 10th or more time this happened I’m putting them on blast. It’s truly a shame these people working for these big corporations would rather scam loyal customers out of a few dollars and argue about it than make it right. Like they don’t even benefit I don’t get It

I will continue to go to this sheetz but one of the employees is very rude. Made me come inside for a PICKUP order in my pajamas because I ordered it through doordash app and not the sheetz app, apparently? I waited 10 minutes behind 1 car, and the employee had literally walked over and looked at my order but just couldn't hand it to me. Terrible customer service.

the floor was a mess, they took 10 mins to make 2 easy drinks, and as someone that works for the company it was ridiculous, one of sheetz rules is we aren’t allowed to take food back into the kitchen but guess what, they did. i’m very upset with my visit.

Sheetz is the same every where we go however this one has a lady there that is Awesome. I don't know her name but she also says Thank You sweetheart or sweety. Makes my day

Walked in an order a hot food, took the ticket up to counter to be paid for. I had a few other items, got my change. Did not get offered a receipt by cashier. Went and stood in food line for 20 minutes, after watching many people get there food an employee asked me what I’m waiting on and I tell her, she responds “not paid for”. I said I took the receipt to register and other items, paid and got change. She asked for my receipt and I said I wasn’t offered one. They got upset because I said it’s not my job to keep track of what is scanned as I do not work there. Management walked behind the worker I was having interaction with and couldn’t be bothered. Staff had an attitude and told me I could pay for the item that had been sitting for 20 minutes. I said no……. These workers want $15-$17 an hour and they act like your the problem. Management get it together. If you don’t like customer service, get another job. Sadly I have encountered this culture at many locations. This one in particular is very bad!!!!!

Night crew can be a hit or miss but for the most part every time we go for a quick bite, we are either missing food or it's not made right. Or they don't have it and won't give a refund for the products they don't have. It's sad cause Sheetz used to be lit.

The young man who rung me up at the cash register for my gas was super polite. Most times gas attendants wont even look up at you. He said thank you and was super polite. All I did with my interaction with him was ask to get $10on pump 5& he was super polite. Either he was new or maybe this is his first job but they should do everything they can to keep him hired (without holding him back).

Time after time they refuse to put bacon on my breakfast sandwich even though I pay extra for it!This has happened four times in the past few months, either they don't care or it's total incompetence!

The burritos are god awful. Had the bacon egg cheese burrito and it was the most depressing breakfast I have ever had. The “burrito” was pretty much 95% cheese 3% egg and 2% bacon. It was so tiny that I could finish it in 3 bites. It was approx 4 inches long and 0.3 inches thick. Absolutely pancake flat. Do better.

Every time I stop in when it's in the evening after 9:00 p.m. the coffee is always empty again tonight coffee was empty except a little bit in the breakfast blend and it was as cold as ice I mean how hard is it to make a pot of freaking coffee

I've never had a bad experience here. The drink coolers are always well stocked, the food is usually prepared well and the staff is typically friendly.

Good MTO kitchen and mostly professionally courteous employees are at this location of Sheetz. Sadly there are serious issues with cleanliness. A lot of black gunk has built up on the Café tables that spray cleaner does not remove (see pic). Generally a mess everywhere. They don't seem to have enough employees to take care of the cleaning on a consistent basis.

Always have a great experience here! My MTO is always done right and everyone is always nice. My gal even knows how to make a brat the right way and put the sauerkraut on the bottom with the ketchup and mustard so it doesn’t it stick on the wrapper or slip off…. I even thanked her. It’s the small things!! Keep up the good work y’all ????????
