“I want to thank Dr. Kiser for neutering my male cat Mochi last year and now doing a dental with a few extractions on my female cat Alli Jane (AJ). AJ is recovering well so far like it never happened! Their prices did go up a bit, but the cost was still reasonable overall.”

“I was looking for a vet that acted like a Vet and not a greedy money machine. These dog doctors think they are high classed and better than we are . So I was told about Penn Hills Veterinary, the Dr there is fantastic and he does what vets should do. Care about the patient, not about money. He didn't need X-rays and blood tests cause he is so good at his job he already knew what was wrong with my poor boy, that all the other vets in the area of Lower Burrell wouldn't even touch till I gave them 300 dollars. I hope you all start calling him because your dog is gonna be so much happier and healthier, plus my RX for my dog was right there. I was so upset from being treated like crap from the other Vets in our area that I owe him a debt of gratitude and the life of my dog, who was to old for me to get insurance on when I got him from my daughter who almost died in a car wreck. Thanks so much for being a wonderful human being and caring about ppl not money”

I have never seen a more dedicated and hard working group of people before. The services the facility offers include but are not limited to spaying and neutering, administration of vaccinations, flea and ear mite treatment and helping to facilitate wellness to cats and help them find a fur ever home. I cannot offer enough praise and gratitude for the people at the center who work endlessly to make the world a better place for feral cats and the neighborhoods they live in.”

If you expect 100 percent communication when you reach out, chatty staff ... you wont get it here. Its obvious they do as much as humanly possible to help the community and with that comes less time to be with the owners/Rescuers. As it should be. 99.9% of questions/concerns can be answered via the internet, AI or asking a rescue fb group community.

“Fantastic, amazing experience. We brought our horse in for an apparent colic episode that was not cleared by our regular vet giving her fluids and medicine. Dr Burke was incredibly thorough and detail focused- he wanted to find the cause of her problems and not simply treat them in the short term. Other people have mentioned the cost- and the cost for medicine and treatments for horses are not cheap- but Dr Burke provided a breakdown of every single charge for care, and I have 0 problems with any of them. Horses are expensive but because of him we had a horse who was able to come home to us. Not only that, he knew how she took her medicine the easiest because he spent time and attention on her while she was under their care. I cannot recommend him enough. If you have concerns for cost, discuss them with him beforehand- I found no fault in their care, and their honesty. 10/10 - I will be coming back if anything further should happen for any of my horses- he and his entire team were amazing.”

“**My dog (90lb mix) had TPLO surgery at Rainbow Veterinary Hospital about a month ago**
After confirming with my normal vet that my dog had torn his ACL, I was trying to do as much research on the injury as possible. My vet referred me to a different practice, but I noticed all of the super positive TPLO reviews about Dr. Giri and his staff. We are a month past his surgery and my dog is doing great! I could not recommend Dr. Giri more. You can really tell that he cares about your dog and that he wants the dog to get better. If you need anything, he will personally call you back. He always took the time to answer all of my questions and give me guidance for my dog’s recovery. Dr. Giri is also very upfront about pricing from the start and the pricing doesn’t change, which allowed me to focus on my dog’s recovery and not worry about additional bills.
Fingers crossed that we will not have to do my dog’s other ACL, but I would definitely bring him back to Dr. Giri. I would also recommend him to any family/friends.”
