I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday, and while I didn’t give the bakers very much inspiration, other than theme and colors, they created the most beautiful cake. It was amazing and beyond anything I could have imagined. Thank you Walmart #3738 in Natrona Heights, PA!!

I usually have a good experience with this Walmart but not tonight. I had come in tonight around 8:15pm with my boyfriend to cash a check at customer service. There was no one at the desk for a few minutes until a so-called manager named "Vinny" came to the register. We handed him the check and asked if we can get it cashed and then he started being extremely rude with us saying he couldn't cash it, We were confused at first because he didn't explain WHY it couldn't be. My boyfriend asked him nicely what the issue was and if there was something he needed to do, then the manager "vinny" interrupts him and walks away to another manager with the check in hand. I assumed to seek for help or something I wasn't sure why he walked away. They go to the end of the counter together with the check holding it up and looking at us laughing and whispering to each other being really weird about it. So I said " it's okay if it can't be cashed out." I didn't want to make a big deal, i work in retail i know there's policy's and what not and I felt like He comes back being rude and frustrated saying "LIKE.I.SAID WE CAN'T CASH IT" and shows us why because it was signed on the back, he continued repeating himself and pointing the check out in our faces and reading it out loud like we were children and asked us if we ever heard of a bank. LIKE REALLY. Obviously, the banks were closed at the time, or we wouldn't have gone to Walmart. I don't understand why he just didn't show us what was wrong with it to begin with or explained it better than that. At this point, my boyfriend was fed up and so was I. my bf grabbed his check off the counter now and said alright, no reason to be rude but thank you anyways have a good day. we started walking away then the manager "vinny" yells out "SAY IT TO MY FACE FAT FUCKS" and walks towards us saying he was going to "beat" our asses (im pregnant btw) and then things escalated very quick with the name calling and no there wasn't a fight just an argument. We asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager so we weren't sure what to do but we did call corporate, and they gave us a number so hopefully they will do something about it. Also, before this all happened, one of the employees had ripped a customer's receipt in their face while she was leaving the door. I'm not sure what all happened but that's what I seen. I think this Walmart needs new management or at least needs to take anger management classes. Just because you're the manager and you think you're all that doesn't mean you can treat someone that way because one day you're going to mess with the wrong person, and you'll get your ass whooped. just saying. There was no need for any of that. Rude from the start. If you are miserable with your life then go elsewhere because customer service isn't for you!

I love there new online mobile order it is very convenient and the staff is very polite and professional would definitely recommend this store

So this is a newer page for this Walmart. It was a sneaky attempt to cover up older reviews. Instead of Walmart just updating the name of the page, they did a shift. What was under just 'Walmart' got relabeled as 'Walmart - RENOVATED,' and then the page was closed down. They now have all these pages labelled 'Walmart Supercenter' and it basically hides all the older reviews. For this one, there are actually several pages for the Walmart in Natrona Heights, so don't be confused, there is only one actual physical location. Old page for this location: Anyway, like I said in my last review of this place, nothing new to write home about. It's still fairly orderly, and usually well stocked. It is still sad that they tore down the old mall and replaced it with a Walmart Plaza. The basic plaza and flock of stores that follow Walmart wherever it goes. Have fun in the parking lot.

Third time I've been here in December and they had no electric carts available for handicap people like me. I have a very bad knee and cold and can't shop without one. So I left and went to Giant Eagle to do my shopping.

It's the only game in town so it's always busy but there is tons of parking. They always have so good deals on cloths and there prices are the lowest around if your hungry subway is inside Walmart which is nice. There chicken is really good and if you go at night you can find marked down produce
