“Purchase new lawnmower 05/21/24 from this store was told it would ship to store 05/24/24 long story short came to store 05/28/24 called homedepot corporate assured me 05/24/24 never came came 28th! The store manager Leticia if I spelled that correctly called me and gave me $60 credit bc I had someone cut my grass! Have to say it’s not the stores fault the people working at the Easton store are very helpful very knowledgeable and courteous to myself and my wife since we moved from New Jersey to Easton area! Didn’t ask for this nor did I think I’d get this and this store manager was such a kind person and it’s my go to homedepot store Easton Pa! Thank you so much Easton Homedepot!”
“Had my lawnmower serviced here and was impressed by the level of professionalism, timely communication, and quick turnaround time. I didn’t know what the issue was but they were able to get things up and running again. I had my mower in and out within 24 hours. The labor costs are pricey, but you’re paying for their expertise. I appreciated that they cleaned off my mower and had it looking brand new as well. As someone who knows nothing about mowers, they provided me with insight and education around how to better attend to things going forward.”

“Richie was one of the most efficient & knowledgeable appliance repairman I have ever met! He not only showed up close to the start of the time window I was given, but the office called ahead of his arrival to let me know he'd be at my house in about 30 minutes ...and he was! He came in fully prepared, correct part in hand, to fix my oven that wasn't preheating. He knew exactly what to do and did it. So happy to have the oven working again in time for the holiday baking season! Thanks, Jim Bobal & especially Richie!”
