The shipper was grumpy and seemed like he hated his job. I didn't take all the proper paperwork he didn't seem to care. By the grace of God one of our drivers helped me out

When you arrive go to the shipping office in the front of the building to check in for pu and deliveries. They will assign you a door then you dolly down and disconnect and park along the grassy area. Once completed they will call you to come back to the office for your paperwork.
