Went here to drop off my package as this is a FedEx drop off location. The clerk claims that she can't accept my package because it is too big and she cant carry it. I can easily carry the package and was only 36lbs. Clerk claims that it is store policy not to accept packages that big. I even offered that I will bring the package behind the counter for her and she declined that. I drove 10 mins away to the dollar general in Bushkill twp and the clerk happily accepted my package. The clerk at the new location was even smaller than the one in Nazareth and she can easily pickup the package and put it on the shelf behind the counter.

Sadly the employees seemed dazed and confused. At one time this store ran efficiently. Now, none of the employees appear to understand the workings of their job.

Horrible location. Disorganized. Dirty. Employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. Stopped in tonight and the few customers in the store were using self checkout whether they wanted to or not. No employees to be seen. After a while a young woman sauntered behind the counter and began playing on her phone. After a few minutes I spoke up and asked if she worked there. Yeah? Explained I needed help with something and she mumbled to herself and disappeared to the back of the store for 5 minutes.

For the second time I've gone to this store the lights were on, doors locked. It's almost 11 on a Sunday morning. Also I hate that the aisles are so cluttered with carts and boxes you can't get near the shelves to even shop.

Stood in line for 20 minutes. The four items were marked on a shelf as marked down to $1 each they tried to change me almost $19. Left them at counter and left. I dont blame the cashier.
