Place definitely has management issues , I went the other day manager was making a personal call when the one employee on register. Took a line that went to the muffle of the aisle , manager should have gotten off the phone. And take half the line to another register that she opened to keep things moving , also things are never put away store used to be organized now it’s going downhill big time

I agree with many of the reviewers; this store is disgusting! They have a new manager who has repeatedly told me that she aims to improve the appearance of the store since the former manager was very sloppy and left the store dirty. So far, I have seen only disarray and unsafe conditions: boxes of product stacked 2-3 feet high in the aisles, aisles blocked, trash in the aisles, as well. Today I visited the store, hoping to give it another chance. This was a Saturday, a typically busy weekend day. The manager, again, had aisles blocked and boxes stacked in front of shelves, preventing shoppers from accessing merchandise. She seems to think that employee should fell the shelves during the busiest days and times of the week. I have wanted to find another Dollar Tree to patronize; today's experience has convinced me that I need to do that, despite the fact that this is the most convenient location for me. Corporate should check out this location.

Not as much inventory as other dollar trees but it seems like they have a more consistent inventory which is difficult to find in a dollar store.

This store was such a mess and disgusting and I have not been in this store for a long time I finally came back in because I needed something and could not find it including in this store one of the Managers Chris was so helpful even went into the back room and found what I needed. I see they have move part of the stationary department to one place it looks great! I have been back in now many times and the new management team and the current staff there are fantastic! Thank you all and please keep up the good work!

Truly sad at my experience today. Over the past few years this HAD been a great place to pick up a few things here and there. As of late, the place is beyond trashed, disorganized and filthy. Today however really did it in. The 2 managers, and I use that title loosely, really needed to be put in their place! Over the past few months, I've seen these 2 often, always out front, smoking and talking, not doing any work. Once I actually walked in and saw the manager's store keys just laying down while she was out! How much I wish the District Manager had been in the store, I would have loved to turn in the keys. Today however, the closest to work I saw was them speaking to associates in such a disrespectful manner that it really pissed me off! They simply asked for direction to their tasks and got basically told off and demanded instead of leadership and a game plan. Horrendous. I really advise this be forwarded to the District and Reginal Managers because it is disgraceful.

This store is so filthy and disgusting. I haven't been there for about 9 months and decided to stop in , the store is so disorganised and the so called new floor is disgustingly dirty. I also overheard the so called professional manager ( Chris) demoralizing one of the young Male workers in front of customers. I will not be going back to this store ever again.

Went in for Mother's Day cards. It's a great place to shop. Usually walk out with MORE than expected. I'll be going back soon.

This has to be by far the worst dollar store I have ever dealt with. They are super disorganized. I placed an order online to have it delivered there only to leave the store upset after I was told my order was not in the store. I asked the night manager about my order and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said he would look to see about the order but he did nothing. I had told him I called the store prior to going, and was told my order was at the store. I ended up calling Dollar Tree customer service who tried getting in contact with the store manager. They hung up on them which left me like WOW. Never again will I deal with this store. Thankfully I am getting a refund
