Ordered through Amazon. I received the controller on time but it had issues, so I reached out to them for a return, which they obliged. Customer service asked if I wanted a replacement and I said sure, it was a nice looking controller. After a few emails and almost two weeks later or so I didn’t hear anything back. I finally asked them for a refund and they miraculously refunded it. Their registered phone number also does not complete the call if you attempt to call them over the phone. My whole encounter with Dream Controller may have been entirely different had they kept in contact with me to keep me posted about my replacement.

i ordered and got my controller in less than a week from when i ordered it my controller is in perfect condition and looks amazing definitely will shop again

Oh my goodness....If I knew what I know now I would of never invested in controller for my computer! Thank goodness for grandson's input because I would of never know any different. I originally purchased the Steam controller and I will admit it does do what it claims to do...unfortunately PS controllers rule. With my Steam controller I had to jump through hoops to get it set up to something I was comfortable with and it did not always respond as I had set it up to do. When I first started using the PS4 controller I found the buttons to be a bit much however with a bit of endurance it is like second nature now. The easy of the control of things is exceptionally well designed and I don't have to put batteries in constantly as I did on the controller. I will state that even though I find this controller far exceeds my controller that on extremely rare occasion the controller will divert back to what Steam believes are the best setting yet this is easily resolved by rebooting the controller.

I ordered my controller from this company on November 16 and now it’s November 29th I still have not got my controller from therm and the same thing is happening to me as the the other reviews on this page FedEx says they got the label but they did not receive the item !! So at the moment I am really upset with this company I told friends about dream controller on how cool they was but now I have to speak negative if I ever do get my controller I may change my review but for now we have to get to the bottom of this !!!!! Smh !!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR CONTROLLER. I tried to order a controller from them TWICE and both times, FedEx never received a package from them. A tracking number is produced and sent to the customer however nothing is ever picked up and delivered. When questioned about it,customer service blamed FedEx. Customer service was prompt and did refund me quickly however too much of a hassle for nothing. Anyone who left a 5* review is a bought shill. Buyer beware

The product quality is perfect! The customer service was great. The controllers looked awesome. I purchased controller a little over a year ago. And it still works today. Well I ordered another one this year then I called the customer service for modded guide, she explained everything about the modded controller. Also, this was taking so long, but the customer service was very kind! Thank you for everything DreamController! I will buy again promise!
