A supervisor called me to setup a drop off appointment. After I informed him of my work schedule, and not able to be home from 10 to 2 PM, He told me that it was my fault the item was not delivered ,since, I didn't consent to the item been left outside without a signature

Nice people but the place needs some serious renovations and expansion.
