Was at this branch yesterday where a smug man named Matt seemed happy to turn me away on cashing a personal check, leaving this review mainly to say I went to another Fidelity branch 5min later and got it cashed w ZERO problems. We all have bad days and I get that but he could have been a lot kinder and just chose not to be.

Davene and her staff are awesome! I work at the Nazareth Library and they are so supportive of our children’s programming. The ice cream truck comes several times to our programs and the children and their parents always enjoy the ice cream. Thank you for the wonderful community partnership!

It was such a pleasant experience dealing with banking personnel who showed respect and courtesy to their clients. I felt like I stepped back in time 10 years or so and I say this in the most complimentary way. Their friendly smiles and customer service was exceptional. The people at the Nazareth branch of Fidelity Bank epitomize home town personal banking! Davene and her crew are always waiting with a smile, willing to help and always go the extra step for the customer. From personal, business and non-profit accounts this is my go-to bank and the place I tell everyone to visit. Davene and her staff are the reason I stay with Fidelity.

Poor staff and poor management. Clerks are discriminatory and unprofessional with little to no intervention from the bank manager. Poor service from customer relations as well as I was never contacted regarding my issues during my visit here. I don't suggest anyone do business here. There are better local banks and credit unions.
